Vodafone India — Vodafone Dongle bad services

Hello Sir, I am Dhiraj kumar. Last month I bought Vodafone dongle from that day, I am having much trouble with your dongle. When I purchased that dongle that time the first representative whom gave me dongle and collect my document, he didn't submitted my document on time so, that reason dongle start late 2 days that's why it took 4 days to start and then after 2 days it's stopped working. I complaint about that but I didn't get proper response from customer, even they didn't updated my document which I gave him and saying to me you need to visit Vodafone store and submitted again your document, what do you think customer's don't have work to do, they are mad with these silly stupid mistake of your representative customer facing so much trouble and just because of your jerk customer care and lazy representative who collect documents, and at the end I need visit Vodafone store. And Vodafone store much more in bad conditions your Vodafone store A Lady Manager don't know how to speak with customer even they screaming on customer; that condition of Vodafone store (District center west end mall New Delhi : 110058, India). There a single person who take care dongle problem and he having fun out side enjoying to wondering in mall after so many call he came and telling me your dongle some of service is stopped, you need to wait 4 to 5 hours. Vodafone store representative requested for the start the service. what's that mean it work 2 days after that some service is stopped automatically stop how could be it happened, if it stopped why the Vodafone dongle team concerned about it. That your duties not our, If any customer whom bought Vodafone dongle and services that's your responsibility to take care of why customer suffered for this problem and why he need to visit every time on store, if your customer care team can't handle the his work properly you should be close that. Now last 3 to 4 days I am complaining about Internet speed and breaking problem, but I didn't get proper response from customer care, even today when I was talking with shruti she guiding me cleaning junk, temp files, I told her doing and she disconnected the call. when I enquiry about dongle they told me you would be getting 21+ mbps speed and disconnection or breaking problem these were all the fake promises Vodafone did. But they didn't completed any single of them. It so frustrated and irritating for me I fed up with all these thing. Do you me a favor I just want to stop this dongle and refund my dongle money, I am agree to pay bill of this month but don't want to use any more your dongle, I am also using Airtel Dongle it's working fine speed & not getting any slowness, breaking problem even since last 1 year I am using Airtel and didn't any time Airtel Store for any reason that called service which providing by the Airtel.
