[Resolved] Vodafone India — Vodafone iphone scheme cashback not received | |||||
As per the Vodafone iphone 6 scheme I had purchased an iphone from Croma store in Mulund. The transaction date was on 14.03.2015 through HDFC Credit card which was a partner bank. The charge slip clearly mentions an amount of Rs.9333/- as cash back to be received after 90 days. However, this has not been received yet. After followups with HDFC Bank I have been intimated that since the phone was not used on Vodafone number, cash back cannot be given. Contention here is that if there was a precondition to use the Vodafone number on iphone this should have been informed during the transaction. Had this been known, I would have continued to use Vodafone number on iphone purchased and not on the other number. This is an incidence of cheating the customer by not providing complete information on hidden conditions. Was this information helpful? | |||||
