Vodafone India — vodafone not allowing porting

My no is [protected] (Punjab circle)
On 21 july i generated upc code and applied for porting in airtel but nothing happens airtel customer person says vodafone is not allowing porting. Then again on 29 july i again genrated upc and applied for airtel port but same happens vodafone not allowing porting. Vodafone is blocking my porting. If nothing happens in next days or my problem was not solved. I am going to write complaint to trai.
