I have ported my number [protected] to vodafone, within a week my outgoing calls are barred. On quering customer care, they asked to fix an appointment with vodafone for physical verification. I fixed the same, but none of the representative came for the physical verification. After 2 days my number is suspended by vodafone. I again called and fix the appointment again, but they say you may have to wait 3 more days for the represntative to arrive on your address. How cqn you suspend my number? My sms are blocked, how can i do transaction with one time password. Worst service by vodafone.
For physical verification you can use the same procedure as banks follows by visiting on the address given by customer on own, not waiting for the customer to contact you and then fix the appointment. Was this information helpful? |
