Vodafone India — Vodafone Prepaid number— Temporarily out of service

Hi, My name is Avinash Verma, I have a vodafone Mumbai prepaid number [protected]. I have kept enough balance so that I can use international roaming on it. Now when I am trying to use my India number [protected], it says "Vodafone number is out of service due to operational reason". This is urgent matter as all my Bank accounts are linked to this number and I have to use it as soon as possible. I tried to contact vodafone customer care and did not get any satisfactory answer. I have all the customer care emails latest service request number is [protected]. How can Vodafone Mumbai disconnect any operational phone number without any reason? I have kept high balance in my prepaid account so how can they stopped service without refunding balance amount. My humble request to vodafone care Mumbai, please activate my number as soon as possible. I have to use international roaming.
