I am a consumer of Vodafone since last 4, 5 yrs. I never attend any call from customer care services. Then also Vodafone has deducted Rs. 95/- from my account and activated some plan which I m never interested in. The deduction of amount and activation of services is without my previous consent. I called the customer care and requested to deactivate this service, yesterday. I also brought that I had not used any second from new scheme. The person from Vodafone customer care, Mr. Nitin Ingavale, didn't respond me in good manner. he just insisted that they have activated with my consent, and I am still firm that I have never attended any call from Vodafone. Mr. Ingavale verified me by asking me several questions, like name, address, House no. etc. so that he promised to refund me my amount. I gave him all necessary information. But he didn't refunded me my amount. Also my question is that why didn't he made inquiry before activating the service, so that he will not activate it on wrong number? My say is that the company has harassed me. I am just going to deactivate that Vodafone number or port it to another company. Also I will file a civil suit against company in consumer court. My request to your honor is that to see in this matter and help me.
