I am a consumer of Vodafone since last 4, 5 yrs. I never attend any call from customer care services. Then also Vodafone has deducted Rs. 95/- from my account and activated some plan which I m never interested in. The deduction of amount and activation of services is without my previous consent. I called the customer care and requested to deactivate this service, yesterday. I also brought that I had not used any second from new scheme. The person from Vodafone customer care, Mr. Nitin Ingavale, didn't respond me in good manner. he just insisted that they have activated with my consent, and I am still firm that I have never attended any call from Vodafone. Mr. Ingavale verified me by asking me several questions, like name, address, House no. etc. so that he promised to refund me my amount. I gave him all necessary information. But he didn't refunded me my amount. Also my question is that why didn't he made inquiry before activating the service, so that he will not activate it on wrong number? My say is that the company has harassed me. I am just going to deactivate that Vodafone number or port it to another company. Also I will file a civil suit against company in consumer court. I didnt activated this service. I called 198.but they didnt responded properly.kindly return my money otherwise I change the network.

[protected] without any information from 26.12.2015. many times i call to customer care but they always says that please call after one your. They are only time passing persons. I tell them please register my complaint and give me complaint no. but they ignore it even they are also dent tells me his employ id.               Sir/Mam, I'm Dimpy Tolani, A Manager of Indusind Bank and was subscribed to Vodafone postpaid Rs.149 plan on my Vodafone number ([protected]), but from last 2 months, Vodafone executives have changed my plan without informing me about the same, at last doubling my bill amount. This is the worst service and experience one can receive from Vodafone, A brand that lacs of people believe. Moreover, all my employees are having the same plan but because of this poor service, we are planning to switch to other telecom brand (Airtel) resulting into almost our 2000 employees of Gujarat would be probably a great loss for a brand like Vodafone. The same shall also get viral on the internet with this complaint, requiring a complaince support. I would sincerely ask the concerned person to refund my bill and stop the uncessary services that gets started without informing. Looking forward to get your positive revert on this matter.

                I have been facing issue of non receipt of incoming SMS and also outgoing SMS service is completely stopped. I am not able to receive any SMS neither I am able to send any outgoing SMS from my number[protected]. My complaint number is[protected]. Initially I was advised to visit the Vodafone Store as they could not find any problem in back end support. I visited the store and they advised me to change the SIM & handset to check if there is any issue with either of them. I immediately did so and it still did not work. Even store team got confused on the issue and they assured me that they have sent an email to back end team and the technical team will call me to resolve the query. In short I had to again depend upon the call centre team. I waited for almost a month and started follow up with customer care again. The issue is every time I call them I have to start explaining the issue again right from beginning and the customer care person starts giving me again basic tips like changing the handset, changing the SIM, restarting the handset & finally checking the SMS service centre number. It has been more than 5 months now I have not been able to get any resolution to my basic technical problem and calling call centre is a frutile exercise and frustrating as they are like robots. They do not understand the pain and issue I am going through and only keep reading the written scripts on their computer. I also tried calling on the consumer helpline numbers they have provided (Nodal officer & then GM customer service) but both the numbers are diverted to the main customer care line. They are not personalised numbers so you land up in reaching same customer care again. I have been using Vodafone service for past 9 years and hold 3 other Vodafone SIM card. I must be paying around INR 70, 000 per year on my mobile bills and this is how Vodafone is treating their loyal customers. I hope raising a complaint here will bring some resolution.

                  I am recharged last month for 1gb 3g pack but i am just got 954mb data instead of 1024mb, after 15 dayas of it i am also recharged for Rs. 199/- unlimited date pack, but after using 594mb data pack i am getting vodafone message of 650mb used data,

                    I have purchased Vodafone dongle with connection number [protected] in the month of October with a plan of three months advance bill of Rs 2500. In the month of November, I received bill of Rs 496 with the due date of 19 Nov 2015. I reported this problem to Vodafone customer care as well as Vodafone employee Sachindra and Altaf, to whom I paid the money, all went in vain. So, for not paying the bill amount, Vodafone barred my dongle service permanently. For the past one month, I am in distress to resolve this problem. I am calling Vodafone people almost every day, but there is no response from them. I want to lodge a complaint against Vodafone for all my financial loss as well as my time and mental harassment during this past one month.

I am pardeep bhola my voda phone number is [protected]. i wish to inform you that i had port my number into vodaphone red plan before 4 months ago where i got some free services like calling, internet, sms, under this plan. but now i am facing bill problem from last two month. my bill is look like very bad.the charges made by your company is not according to the red plan 499. when i talked to your customer executive.it seems they are not professionally trained. because every time they passed the wrong information to the customer. they dont have proper knowledge due to this we peoples face the lot of problems.                         the Namkeen Pack is activated on my number without my permission & deducet Rs-25/- from my account without my permission and without my knowledge and when I call customer care executive he misbehave with me and abuse me. I first receive the text message regarding this service in which it is clearly said that if I don't want this service I have to send a message to 155223. After I follow the procedure and send stop message to 155223 to stop this but even after that I received a message today of activation of this service and 25Rs was deducted from my account. I am in the state of mental shock that how Vodafone unreasonably without the permission of the owner can change for this service. This is clearly a breach of service on their part.This robbery should be stop & arrange to return the deducted amount immidiately. When I called customer care executive he even said tht he don't have records. Please look into this unwanted service pack.

                          I've been using Vodafone prepaid sim for a year or so.And this is the third time this is happening.I got a message that I had subscribed to Social Book service and deducted 90rs.I didn't subscribe to anything.This message shows up automatically and gone is my balance.And they really had something called customers care, they should have atleast sent a message describing the features of the subscription.Someone should sue them.Should Port my number soon

                              I switched my mobile Postpaid connection to Prepaid around 3m back, and the refundable deposit of Rs.300/- that was collected at the time of my postpaid connection is still pending, although their T&C's say that it will be sent within 45 days of switching connections. I have paid 3 visits to the VF store in my locality, and everytime they send an email to some dept, and assure me that the amount will be refunded soon. Last spoken, the rep told me that there is some issue with his system/server, and the payments are not going through.

                                  Sir, I have my vodafone number [protected] and as per refers scheme 1 year unlimited free by vodafone i refered [protected] as known MGM service in vodafone but after15days activation of this number still this number is charging @ 30paisa call rate i talk vodafone executive on 198 more then 4-5 times they told me for wait 5 day every time & commit surely activate but all time commitment is broken till date & till date this free service not activated on my number and when i call executive they transfer my number on 121 self and do not give a solution. i also mail this complaint to nodel officer & zonel officer but why all forwarding +5day every time i do not understand. all other get free service immediate but this problem presist with me only even after having more then 15 days activating this new number in vodafone regards; bharat sharma [protected]

                                      I requested to migrate my phone number [protected] from postpaid to pre paid due to wrongly generated bill I complaint about the same with the customer care either they are not replied ot they said that system up gradation is going on and we are unable to provide any detail to you. My current bill is Rs.414 and I am ready to pay the amount, Accounting to the customer care executive we need to visit the store and try to clear the bill they said that we need to for full and final bill generation, I clearly told that I am not going to paid the extra amount as I am not using the services and sim is out of services. Immediately the do something in the system and resume the service though I do not want to use the postpaid services. Now services is enable without bill payment and they are tried to make the another bill for the next which I would not like to pay so kindly stop the services immediately and migrate my phone number [protected] from postpaid to prepaid.                                         Details- I am using prepaid vodafone SIM card. On 23/12/2015 I recd. one SMS from VM-611123 "1GB pe 1GB free! Recharge karein Rs 297 se aur paayein 2GB 3G data poore 28 din ke liye. Recharge kare ya dial kare*121*297#. Offer sirf aaj ke liye! ". So I recharged the same day with Rs.297.0 after which I got SMS saying "Your internet pack is active now valid upto 19.01.2016 23:59:59, Bal: 1024.00MB. To check balance, dial*111#. " However I didn't get the free benefit of other 1GB as per SMS recd. I waited till next day morning (24/12/2015) but no SMS recd. for free benefit. So I complained on number "198" & provided all required details as asked by CSE (customer service executive) & afterwhich I recd. SMS showing " Hello. Your service registration number [protected] is registered on 24-Dec-15 10.01a.m. We shall respond to your query by saturday 26-Dec-15 10.00a.m." I again waited till 26/12/15 but no one from Vodafone reverted (no calls no SMS). I wrote a complaint mail to "vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com" in morning (11.52a.m.) seeking a solution. Afterwhich I received a call from (+[protected] at 1.37p.m.). That lady again asked me all details which I gave & she said someone will revert. After waiting till evening I received a SMS saying "Hello.In response to your complaint no [protected] we were unable to reach you on your mobile to give an update. Please call 199 for an update" (time- 5.18p.m.) Surpirsed with the content of SMS ( as I have not received any call from Vodafone), I again called on 198 & the CSE told me that I have not answered their call. On arguing he told me to send snapshot of the SMS which I have recd & CSE will revert in 24 hours. I did the same at his provided address by email (time- 6.07p.m.) & waited. Till today 29/12/2015 morning I didn't get any SMS or call from Vodafone. Again I sent an email (10.01a.m.) but no one reverted. Frustated I again called 198 & to my surprise that lady repeated the same old story that their system is showing no details of free net benefit. On arguing she told me to send the mail with screenshot again to their email. On me asking whether they have not received my earlier mail (dated 26/12/15) she didn't replied anything. Then she told me to go to any vodafone gallery to resolve this issue. On refusing she didn't replied anything. So I told her that I only have the option to go to consumer forum & on that also she didn't replied anything. To summarize all this it gives a picture of false commitment by service provider Vodafone, negligence in reverting by mails, phonecalls & writing wrong statements in their system. I am frustrated with all this, always customer has to chase them. They are very quick in cutting money from account for any service, but when it comes to giving service they are simply not bothered.                                         I have had similar issues with Vodafone. They can't even spell the contents of the special offered correctly so I'm not really surprised. Vodafone india seriously needs to sort out its standards of support as well as customer services or else operators like Jio and Airtel will just take the customer base from under there feet. Very dissapointed with Vodafone. I would not recommend anyone to use the network until they can show they are a serious player in the mobile market!!!
