I purchased a new sim on 6/10/2015.I did not got any confirmation call from the company and I already paid or my number.I paid Rs. 1250 for allotment of my new number i.e [protected] and the number is still not activated and is assigned to some other party. I need the same number or I will complain it in the Consumer Court Of India...

My Vodafone number is [protected] and just before I got a text that a pack named 'Namkeen pack' is activated to my number and it will cost amount of Rs.35.00. I have not requested for activation of any pack even I don't know what the hell this pack is. So kindly deactivate this pack and don't charge for this. After communication from one of Vodafone executive am agree to convert my pre-paid SIM card [protected] to postpaid on 25th December.
