Hello sir / madam
My name is dheeraj

I wrongly recharge my vodafone prepaid no [protected] with rs 85/ but talktime balance shown in my a/c is 0. Kindly refund the recharge amount. I haven't asked for any internet service.

I also contact to paytm for reverse the transaction but they replay negative and told me to contact your operators.

VERY BAD CUSTOMER CARE RESPONCE
