Vodafone India — Without satisfaction hold my call for a long duration

Yesterday I have take the credit of 20 rs, So Today I have -23.98ps, So I think that I should recharge the some amount, And after that I check the special offer through *121#, And then I Found that Rs 55=55TT So I make a e-top of 55rs.But I had not recieved any amount, Yet I had recieved a message only, And Message is that you have successfully recharge Rs. 55.
