[Resolved] Vodafone India — Worst signal strength and false promise on new connections | |||
Pls find the complaint mail forwarded to Vodafone corporate care Chennai. The customer care officer said Itemized bill is free and the same is updated in the system but call received from [protected] stating the itemized is chargable from Jan hard copy is 50rs and email copy is 25rs, when i taken the connection they said its life time free and i have taken four connections, even though signal strength is very poor i have used Vodafone and paid the bill correctly, even last month again raised a complaint on signal strength (complaint no : [protected] ), but no use one field officer came to my home and checked the signal strength and said sorry sir the signal strength is very poor that's the reason and soon they resolve this issue, but after visit no one responded again i have called Mr.Madan nodal officer regarding signal strength, he said sorry sir the issue wont get resolve quickly it takes 6 - 8 months to get resolved, i asked till that time you want me to pay the bill or what, he said for that he cant do anything i have to pay if i use or idle, this is the response i have get being a vodafone customer, they showing in advertisement signal strength is very good so take Vodafone connection, but all is lie I'm residing in madipakkam which is a city limit only in that area itself no signal then how they cover all areas, so they cheating the people by giving false promises and advertisements. Pls don't take vodafone, other networks like Airtel, Aircel is good. Hi, I am Vinoth G holding Mobile No.'s [protected] / 234 / 235 / 236. On 27 Nov '13, I had received a message stating, "Introductory Offer of Free Itemised Bill (IB) is valid till Dec '13. IB will be charged Rs. 50 from Jan Bill". Today, when I contacted the service number, one of your staff Mr. Sundaram, informed me that service of IB is updated as Life time free. Could you please clarify me whether my future statements will be charged with Rs. 50 or not? Further, past one year we had an signal issue problem. We had made many complaints and recently one of your staff physically visited my house and resolved the issue as "No Tower in this area and there is no plan as of now to initiate tower as further approvals required to do the same". Till you get approvals to install new tower, what should I do with this issue. Can you provide Booster facility so that the signal issue will be tackled such time.
