Dear Sir, My vodafone account no.[protected] relationship no.1.40218624 Talk plan is : Friendship 299. I am your customer since 22.02.2014. The bill is being sent through mail to anjann.[protected]@gmail.com which belongs to my husband. I paid regularly without verifying the bill. Last bill send by you on 10.03 2015 for Rs2, 967.76 seems to high and opened you e bill. I was shocked to see the entire talking plan have changed. Tough I opted for plan mentioned above now has become Rs.899.00, without my knolowledge and consent. The address is also is showing different. The total incident have occurred at your office negligence. I want immediateredressal of the complaint. Request you to adjust my bill and send me hard copy so that I can verify and pay the amount. Please note that in the event of close my connection due to nonpayment of bill, I shall have no other option open except to go to consumer court for redressal of my complaint.
