Vodafone India — wrong charge for data plan

Sir,
I am using 349 rent plan.in which i was committed by vodafone 10gb 4g speed data and unlimited 3g once 10gb is exceeded. I had changed to this plan to my other 9 vofafone accounts also. Today i have received a message from you that i have used 20mb extra after usage of 10gb @ 4g speed. So for 20 mb i will have to pay you.

When i was given this scheme i was told for unlimited data plan. You can check you telephonic communication which you have when you changed the pkan. Why is the company charging me extra now? Unlimited plan means i have no limit for usage.
Plz explain?
