[Resolved]  Vodafone India — Wrong charging on Bill for wapvilla services

I am being wrongly charged with 49 rs downloads of wapvilla service.I never access or downloaded such services. and if there are any charges o[censored]sing certain services, customer has to pay them through payment gateway. Service provider has no right to claim such charges. When i checked about this service on google, i found that thousands of customer has been charged wrongly. & these customers belong to vodafone only. If i have data usage plan and do download and surf anything through mobile WITHIN LIMIT usage. If Vodafone, being a larger player just plays for such unscrupulous manufacturers, where thy are charging for them. It is not ethical.
