Vodafone India — wrong information given by vodafone advisor and vodafone accept the mistake but still vodafone asking money from my side | |||
Hi Team, Need your kind support. Mobile number: [protected] Name: Abdul Latif Pathan Alternate contact number: [protected] Email address: [protected]@gmail.com Since 2months my number is disconnected due to Vodafone issues and wrong information give by Vodafone advisor and also customer service supervisor accepted the mistake on call. However I have sent all the call recording which I have as per Vodafone request. Vodafone closing my complaints with remarks and resolutions, while I asked to Vodafone customer service associate and supervise they were not aware the reasons, I have the call recording for the same. I have loop the email to CEO of Vodafone Mr. sunil Sood as per Vodafone email escalation matrix but no one is taking care of my complaint.
