Vodafone India — Wrong recharge amount | |||||
Sir My number is [protected]. I accidentally recharged to number [protected] on 08/08/2016 at 3 pm through paytm mobile application. When such a mistake happens from the customer side usually the customer care reverse the amount and credit back to the person.In my case the other party has agreed to reverse the amount and credit back to my number. But the operator stubbornly said that they cannot do it. They have reversed amount in many cases but for my case they respond indifferently and harshly.
