Vodafone India — wrong recharge | |||||
I have recharged my no. On 19th of sept2017 on 4g handset for rs.445 through vodafone store which includes 84 days unlimited calling and 1 gb data for 84 days. But when i checked it with costumer care executive on next day it was only for 35 days with only 2 gb internet facility. When i recharged my no. On 19 sept2017, my sim card was inserted in nokia 6 which is 4g handset, but costumer care executive is saying that it was inserted in 3g phone & therefore you can not avail the benefit. I told him that it was inserted into 4g handset while recharging & there could be problem with your machine which is showing wrong information to you. But he was not accepting this fact and was telling me that vodafone cannot help you. This is mistake done by vodafone which they are not accepting. I can provide more information if needed. I have a Vodafone connection.I have been asking for permanent caller tune connection.but first the caller tune gets cancelled.then it is automatically re connected without my request.this process has been going on for years.mine is not a corporate connection.my number is [protected].vijayalakshmi.india

we are facing problem with network signal 4G or 3G getting very poor signal,
if we want to call some people, we must go to out for home.
so please improve network signal our area.
