Vodafone India — wrong selling and higher charges on bills

I am feeling very ashamed and angry being a highly unsatisfied customer of vodafone, sinch starting none of the committment given to me was even prompt and exists in their plan
During my meeting with vodafone excecutive while porting my earlier subsciber reliance to vodafone, it was informed to me that for 1st 6th mth 30 gb data will be not charged for usage, in 399 monthly plan.
It is more painful to even describe that without informing to me in the 3 month only my services the services referred to me changed and vodafone started to charge me on data usage above 2 gb and levied inr 499 data usage charge, i tried to contact their customer care executive but that was more frustrating and useless when they kept me hold fr so long and no solution has been provided, finally i decided to winding up my services and applied for port my number [protected], immediately i received the call from retention team stating that yr data usage charges of inr 499 will be reverse soon and you please drop us a mail for continuation of services since yr concerned has been ressolved now
Trusting on them i dropped mail for continuation of my services, but i have not received any confirmation message or mail regarding reversal of charges then i called customer care again this time it was more surprising after keeping me hold for 20 minutes one lady from retention team finally attended me and told me that the committment for reversal of charges are not relevant and we will not reverse any charges, even i[censored] want to change your subscriber u first clear entire bill and thereafter only u will proceed further fr discontinuation of yr services, not even listened to point raised by me, if the charges reversal not possible then why i have been told to drop a mail for continuation? And why i have been told that yr charges will get reversed? And during my 3 month of services only i faced such issue where nobody can rely upon and trustworthy customer care their retention team even their sales executive is worst in the industry.
If excess data charges levied in my bill will not get reversed after confirming to me and such false malpractice will not stop furher by vodafone i will not stop now to escalate this matter to one after other till the time it didn't get resloved and rectify these wrong practices where customer started to feel harassed by servies within 3 month.
