[Resolved] Vodafone India — wrongly deducted money and refusal of refund by customer care vodafone | |||
i need to register my complain against Vodafone..i am a doctor and i was using Vodafone Haryana no. [protected] till now i was to relocate to Bangalore recently n reached here yesterday that is 23 June 2014. Before that i recharged my phone with Rs82 which gives roaming free for one month and as i landed here i changed my phone network settings to manual network selection and registered on Vodafone but still my balance is being cut on roaming charges n neither are my 82Rs refunded back..i talked to your customer care representative Ms Chetna n she said your system is reading my network as Airtel and that Vodafone cant help me with anything..even if i have registered on Vodafone..further Ms Chetna stated that neither my 82Rs will be refunded back nor the money which has been deducted wrongly..so basically this is another way of cheating people because first you recharge then Vodafone does not provide service and refuses to refund the money back..i m feeling so much cheated..as soon as possible i m going to switch my no to some other network and drag Vodafone to consumer court..i am very highly disappointed with the behaviour of your customer care and cheating people by taking money for the services which are not being provided Was this information helpful? | |||

Nooo i did not get any useful information from your executive..i am sorry to say but vodafone is the most terrible telecom network i have ever dealt with..i am a very well educated doctor and i know what network am i using..i hv registered my phone on vodafone network atleast 20times since morning..i guess this is a new technique of fooling people by vodafone
