Vodafone — Internet and calling work not properly

I want to tell you that i have been struggling with the problem of the internet for the whole 2 weeks, i have also complained in your customer care but they are not answering properly.

I have complaining 2 times but he will be saying but will not be done yet.

I am sharing a screen shot you see how the internet is doing

Please get the problem solved as soon as possible
