Vodafone — Legal notice: for already paid bills | |||
Dear sir, this is to inform that i am having a post paid connection no. [protected] since a 18-20months. Since january 2016 i have ask for deactivate the number. Below is the copy of mail and details On 1/5/2016 11:09 am; from: [protected]@gmail.com; to: corpcare.[protected]@vodafone.com; ; ?Cc: ; subject: [[protected]] please close my connection; Hi sir/madam, This request is to close my connection for number [protected]. I am done with all the payments for last and current cycle. Please consider this as my last payment and close the connection asap. Steps followed: I had called your customer care and followed the process they ask for as detailed below: - pay all your due and current bill. - mail to corpcare.[protected]@vodafone.com Please reply back to me once done. Thanks for all your support and help. Even doing so, my number was not disconnected and now you are asking me to pay another amount. I got several mails from vodafone team to which i replied with same details and no reply from them. And now i get a legal notice, this is very very disappointing from such a company. I would highly/strongly recommend to not go for vodafone network in bangalore with all this mess they do with their valued customer, not professional at all.
