Vodafone Mobile Bill — regarding fraudulent and mischief from vodafone company | |||
I bought family plan. When i bought my primary number and one of my old number, i port this number from airtel to vodafone, i confess i did mistake because i never faced such issues in airtel since long i always put this number in family plan. I confess that i got convinced from one of female executives in vodafone and now she is not responding and put me on block and did port even in very initial days my old number started working in december for a month it was closed and again since two months this number is closed i came to know just three to four days before that number got closed.. Which shows pathetic services from vodafone services. No one is responding in customer care, no response from that lady from whom i port the number and infact everyday i'm receiving emails on pending bills and i always had past records that i never keep my pending bill. If these people have changed my family plan into individual plan why would i pay such expenses which i haven't made and wrote emails also instead of my actual problem to be resolved they are responding my bill plan and pending details. Many times i wrote i want to speak to head, no response again. Today in morning i received a random call back from one female without letting me know the process she said she will make me to talk with other department and disconnect the call without greetings and somewhere i find a fraudulent call. I will not pay unless how dare you people to close my number without informing me and charging me high.
