I have vodafone prepaid service cell no: [protected] since for a quit some time, during covid-19 for recharging i find bit difficult, even the stores or customer care could not be reachable. So, i take a chance to recharge thru internet that fetch me lot of troubles, those are described below.
1. 3/3/20 recharged for rs.299, vodafone messaged under title "vm-vf care" "recharge successful" but data not received as specified in recharge plan. (Vodafone message screen print attached) called vodafone customer care no response and connection interrupted.
2. On 31/3/20 recharged for rs.249, bank alerted as deducted rs249 also vodafone messaged under title "vm-vf care" as "recharge successful" and data not received as specified. Vodafone message screen print attached and bank statement attached. Vodafone not accessible.
3. On 28/4/20 recharged for rs.269, bank messaged for deduced rs.269, vodafone messaged under title "vm-vf care" "recharge successful" and data not provide as specified. Vodafone message screen print attached and bank message attached.
4. On 18/6/20 recharged for rs, 249, bank messaged for deducted rs.249. Vodafone messaged under "vm-vf care" "recharged successful" and data not provide by vodafone as specified. Vodafone message screen print attached and bank message attached.
5. 4/8/20 recharged for rs.299, vodafone message not sent but bank statement screen print attached there after bank refund not made.
So, total amount of rs (299+249+269+249+299) 1365/= recharge made and paid thru nets debit card and banks are alerted for paid to vodafone but vodafone did not provide data pack for use in mobile. (Attached receipts for verification)
Now vodafone says in their email dated 17/8/2020 as
“as per our system records all the recharges mentioned rom your end are updated towards the vodafone number on the respective days except the recharge of rs.299/- on[protected] and rs.49/- on[protected].
Hence, i have refunded an amount of rs.348/- as a talk time towards the vodafone number [protected].
Please find the below mentioned self-help mode to activate the pack from your talk time balance;
Kindly dial *444*mrp# from your respective vodafone number.
*444*219# (To activate the pack of rs.219/-)
Your service request number is chn-v[protected] ”
On the email mentioned by vodafone that “on[protected] recharge not updated for rs.49/= is not correct (Dated indicated also wrong it should be 8-8-20) data received and utilised by me. This amount combined with rs.299/= (Dated[protected]+49) to get rs.348/= refunded as talk time to my no:[protected] which is not reflected anywhere.
So, i doubt vodafone manipulating and making changes on their own in their system.
