vodafone is cheating in the name of vas activation through flash messages:

Vodafone is looting money in the name of vas activation through flash messages: money is getting deducted without any intimation of that, no balance deduction message too. Upon calling to customer care multiple times still no result is there. They are telling that some game service has been activated on my number. I never requested or gave permissions for that and even in myvodafone app it is showing nothing. Even i sent sms to stop any activate...

Deductions on balance for 'my daily wallpaper'

Almost every month rs.19 to rs.49 is being deducted from my balance. When i checked with customer care they are saying it due to core balance dnld-wwap_dls0019_ppu_kin01467053 and ppd/ppu download dwap_gam0025_ppu_dat05002001 and it cannot be refunded.

First time i spoke to customer care in august 2020, they said its because i clicked on some ad's on mobile, and customer care assured me it won't happen again for the next 6...

Wrong Bill and Harassment.

Vodafone Idea had applied VAS charges of INR 845 + taxes which is close to INR 1000. This service was not opted by me and was automatically renewed by Vodafone on 22nd July. Since 23rd July I have been following up with Vodafone to remove the charges (which was a cepted by the customer care representative). I had been following up via emails (sent 8-10 reminders), 7-8 Tweets, review on Facebook, However till date nothing is done.

Charging for calls to toll free numbers

I had made calls to toll free numbers of Tata Sky Broadband[protected] and One touch Customer Care[protected] and Jio Fiber[protected] I was shocked to learn that I was charged for these calls.
Toll free numbers are supposed to be free for callers....

I received a message stating that Rs. 15 has been deducted for download CARBAN game. I haven't authorised for the same. Revert the changes at the earliest.

unable to send outgoing sms

I am unable to send outgoing sms from my vodafone sim. I tried inserting my sim in my mom's phone, but its still isn't able to send sms. My balance is not zero. I have been complaining about the same from april 2020. Even after various complaints raised on vodafone platform, i haven't received any communication from customer care.
Very sad about their service....

poor network and data speed

From last many months, there is very poor service provided by vodafone.
In the name of 4g we hardly get data speed of more than 100 kbps.

Have been highlighting the issue with vodafone customer care, nodal and appellate team for months now.
There is no resolution. From last 2 years we are getting same response from vodafone that network optimization is planned in the future.

I have an alternate number which i have not been using it for quite a few months. Despite requesting to deactivate the number 3 - 4 years back and submitting required documents, they have not deactivated. To permanently deactivate i had submitted the required documents then at jmd and since of busy schedule i only visit during weekends and requested for the same. Deduction without knowing

I also got a message saying that "thnk u for using fun portal from carbon8"" and vodafone deducted 22inr from my balance.. I didnt subscribe this portal.. I dont know what is this fun portal... Every month some vas is activating in my vodafone without my knowing... This vodafone is cheating us.. Very bad.. Now i am thinking to cancel my sim.. Because every month i am losing money without any subscription.. Very bad vodafone company...
