An amount of Rs 22/- has been deducted from the main balance of my account. When I checked my Message Inbox, I noticed that I have received an SMS from VZ-ViCMS regarding the download of FUN PORTAL from CARBUN8. PLease note that I have not downloaded any application from the said page or website.
I spoke to the Customer Care executive, but they were telling that this was a third party application and not the problem of Idea. In spite of informing them that such a complaint was raised by many Vodafone Idea customers they were adamant saying that it is the mistake of the customers and not the company. The executive mentioned that all those customers whose money was debited might have downloaded some application and also to contact the handset customer care number.

As per our records the deduction was done for a PPU i.e, pay per use service which is only deducted when some kind of services is used by customer on their consent. An amount of Rs 20 was deducted from my main balance informing me through a fraud sms stating i have downloaded startalk from one97...which i never did.The company is VODAFONE and sms was sent to me by VZ-ViCMS..

Vodafone customer care, as a customer what to do? Cause the same is happening for many customer. I am also a victim of this. As per your request, I went to Vodafone store. They did something to my mobile, but still money is deducing via this sms. Kindly provide a solution

Your reliability is coming DOWN day-by-day.

I had already complained previously of amount getting deducted, without any transaction / sms / app download.

Now, VZ-Vicms have deducted amount from my main balance.
What's happening Vodafone team?

I also have faced the same issue. Did a recharge of 50 rupees for straight balance and got this msg within hours of recharging. At this point I think there is no point in fighting for the refund and just avoid using Vodafone for outgoing services. The repo that vodafone had 3 years ago has turned on itself and become a stealer from a begger. That's what JIO has made Vodafone. I don't care much about the money but watching the industry leaders of one era stealing money from customers for survival just cracks me up. Kudos to JIO and keep demolishing theif like vodafone.

I use nokia small set and not use internet or any game...in it i used it for ony calling ...when i used this vodafone number in my android its not deduct any kind of nonsense and unnessory charge sudden its start when voda and idea became vi...its ###...and when we call custmor care they said its third party...how any third party stole your custmor number and without permission of provider and custmor ...they activate ...this kind of service...it is voda and idea's compony which stole our data and money ...

I am facing the similar issue. Balance deductions without subscribing to any or all of the services in these texts. What’s going on Vodafone? Too many people now; this cannot be a coincidence. Please do something about this or I will have to move to another mobile service provider

    The internet speed is very low over her at my place. The place is well within city called nasik, it's a big district place.

        I had done recharge on 28th August 2020 for rs 39, the amount was credited with some concerns and after a complaint was already raised.

        Now I get to know that I have no balance, on checking with the customer care. I get to know that some value added services has caused the deduction. I was not even informed of this by any means nor was I aware of it.

        I have not applied for any value added service nor was I notified of any sorts of activation what so ever.

        On calling the customer care to raise a complaint, I just get irresponsible responses and people have even hung up on me and some have put me on hold and have disconnected the call.

        On calling the customer care today. I got the below message that the deduction was done on 28th, but I have not got any message related to this ever before.

        I spoke to madhu who claims to be the floor manager, only response I get from him is that it cannot be refunded. Initially he tells that the deduction was done on 7th September. And when I told him that the previous person told that it was deducted on aug 28th. He changed his statement and continued to tell that nothing can be done.

        THERE WAS NO ACKNOWLEDGMENT NOR WAS THERE ANY ACTIVATION DONE FROM MY END.

          I have ported out from vodafone idea on 7th sep and paid bill in advance. I got message that my no will be ported out on 9th sep. Till now vodafone is not closing my no and threatening to pay bill till 15th sep. They said if i donot pay bill till 15th they will not allow me to port out and cancel my request. Last 6 months i m complaining about network and internet issue but falling on deaf years. Just now their executive madhu and akhilesh said untill i dont pay bill till 15th they will not process my request to port out as company must have profit.

            I am getting message "upc cannot be generated for the reasons: (1) there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance."
            I don't know why this message is been generated as i do not have any contractual obligation. The network of vodafone idea in my area so poor that i am unable to talk to the customer care. Don't know what to do.

              Dear sir,
              Iam not satisfy with your internet network
              Coverage n data packs... Hence, i thought to move to airtel... Then i have started
              To send sms to 1900 for porting...
              But, iam not able to send only for 1900... "message could not sent" is showing... Tried 10 time...
              By speking to custmer care for solution... They keep giving non sense / irrilavent solutions: -

              1. I did not recharged my mobile, as for as company rules so outgoing sms barred... But monthly iam recharging
              My mobile not less than 150rs.
              2. I suppose to change message centre no.- did the same but no result...
              3. I have to change the handset - tried but no result...

              Moreover the custmoer care representatives not available for 3 days, n they are are not giving a chance to spk...
              Plz help me...

                I did the recharge of 78 rupees for validity extension but it did not extended the validity instead the recharge was for some caller tune. I do not need any caller tune, please return my money. I tried to reach to customer care on this but they were also very adament to do any help or give any suggestion for this. Please return my money.

                  I would like to tell you that i purchased a new vodafone prepaid number [protected] on 29/08/2020 paid ₹297 and on 31/08/2020 executive name ramesh kumar visited my premise and asked for my id proof and i provided the same but he said the ordered number [protected] isn't available and asked me to choose from 5 other numbers he had but when i said i want the same number which i ordered and asked him why should i choose from other numbers but he canceled my order and left saying you won't get this number.
                  I want to know why did this happen? When the ordered number was available at the time of ordering on vodafone website? I want to tell you the number is not in service and checked the same visiting vodafone store.
                  Vodafoneidea isn't helping me and vodafone executive is canceled my order id dcdh[protected] twice and kept saying you won't this number.

Ab jb gallyry me hum gaye prepaid krne sim toh wahse jawab aata hai ki september ka bill 14th ko generate hne k baad hi hoga.. Mtlb augest se mera sim bnd fir august or september ka bill mujhe kyu diya gaya... I want solution otherwise me sim nikal k fek dungi...

                            Rs. 20 was deducted from my account. When I spoke to the customer care executive, he told me that my song pack had been activated.

                            I've never activated a song pack and I don't even know about it.

                            This amount is being deducted from the mobile balance without any OTP, no confirmation or any customer notification.

                            I want a refund of the amount deducted.

                              Recently, my vodafone balance is deducted mistakenly through flash message from my account about which i was not aware. Yesterday, I checked my balance and came to know that balance is deducted so I have complained in customer service and they are telling me that I am not eligible for refund.

                                I have recharged Rs 699 for unlimited pack but unfortunately mistyped a number while recharge. Immediately, I have contacted costumer care who said they do not have option to correct this kind of issues, then I have asked them to connect me to their supervisor who took my request and confirmed that the benifits of my recharge will be transferred to my number with in 24 hours but nothing happened and closed the ticket without any information to me.
                                Next day, I have reconnected to customer to check the status where they mentioned we have taken the request but our backend team rejected and we cannot do anything on this. Further, I have initiated emai trail with Vodafone where they credited 570 to main balance where I did recharge for 699.

                                I have asking them to provide 699 package benifits on my number but they are deniying and not supportive at all.

                                    I have been using vodafone number[protected] from almost 4 years, i have been charged wrongly in the august 2020 bill and additional 900rs + wrong state gst and central gst charge of 116 and 116, when i called the customer care i have been told that i have dailed so number which is 56000 for 100m for which i have been charged 900rs, which is totally incorrect information and i as i checked now such calls has been made. Vodafone india has now found a very unique way to do fraud activites for like this and are harassing the customer. I even gone through such more similar post by customers here in this compaint forum, please look into this.

                                      I have unlimited plan activated on my number and keep a little balance in my account for any emergency and to avoid that disgusting low balance caller tune.
                                      Around 19th of September 7RS was deducted from my account without my consent. I had not activated any service. When I called customer care number I was told that no service is activated on my no but I got the message that some video service is there and further amount will be deducted.
                                      Customer care had no clue about what service it is .I also had no clue and the money is charged.
                                      I called customer care two times but they had no clue about the service and asked me to call after few days.
                                      In between there is again some deduction from the balance.
                                      Why there are so many deductions when I have not asked/applied/consented on any additional service????
                                      I called the customer care but the customer care had no idea why those deductions were made and SIMPLY REFUSED TO GIVE ANY COMPLAINT NO. or any solution.
                                      Please resolve this issue and refund the amount charged without any reason or I would be forced to go to consumer court as this has disturbed my peace of mind

                                        Team had visited and declared new site of vodafone tower

                                        Team is ready to plant new site plz confirm him through the call he is visisted he had declared me that there is no serving site is near by boost the network... We can't do anything we had to plant new site

                                        New site declared on my land waiting for paper work of tower installation process plz send the legal team immediately for paper work

                                        Survey had done allready just waiting for new site to be plant network team and site acquisition team are ready for setup new tower waiting for vodafoneidea higher authorities to be involved in new site approval
