[Resolved] Vodafone Mumbai — Complaint against Vodafone Mumbai | |||
I wanted to port my number from Airtel to Vodafone Mumbai. I called customer care and they said they will send their executive to my office as i wanted to port 2 numbers. I gave the executives my passport copy and other details and he said it will be done in 1 week. Its more than 1 month and no response from Vodafone side. I have called customer care multiple times and they are not lodging my complaint and disconnecting my phone when i ask them to let me talk to their senior manager.
