Vodafone — My postpaid connection not working in saudi arabia | |||||
I got a new postpaid connection from vodafone with no. [protected] last month. I wanted to use it for international roaming. The vodaphone mini store at malviya nagar, new delhi suggested which i opted for, but when on 10-jul-16 i traveled to saudi arabia, my phone stopped working, it did not show any tower (No services). When my relatives in delhi approached the mini-store and then the main store in green park, new delhi, they did not get appropriate answers and were asked to contact the call center, who after multiple calls still did not have the write answers. On subsequent visits to green park store, they said that they have to activate international roaming in this number for which they require an advance payment of rs. 10000. We paid the amount in the store on 14-jul-2016 at 10 am and were assured that the services would be resumed within 24 hours. Till now i do not have the service restored, and cannot make/receive any call and message in my phone. Was this information helpful? | |||||
