Sir/mam,
I am very fedup your vodafone home network not available in last 4-5 year back in keshav puram c-5 block. I had so many times request directly and your vodafone centre but till date not listening to my request. Everybody, listening my request but no action at your end. I think this is disconnect. And others services take.In vodafone's all members and senior officers also to the customer expert to foolsand are sitting taking only bill payments to the customers. I request you please do something and otherwise i will be go to couts for your very very poor services.

    Just afew minutes back i made a complaint about bill payment of vodafone bill. mistakenly perhaps, the date of payment was mentioned 10/06/16. a correction -
    The date of payment of the bill through internet banking o[censored]co bank on 23/06/16. the a/c was instantly debited and message received at 09.14.23. the amount has not been receiv ed by vodafone. i am a sick man of 65 and am unable to take unnecessary burden like this. lots of correspondences are going on with vodafone.
    No action till now. please let me know the status of the payment.

      Vodafone charged me wrongly for the bill of month May 2016, please go through the mail which I have sent to them:

      Hello Team,

      This is to inform you that I am using Vodafone since long time and about 5 yrs. then I decided to use postpaid connection of yours but after using Postpaid connection since one and half year, I realized that this is worst mobile network service provider in terms of many issues.

      Just leave all the issues coming to billing department it becomes very worst and deceive customers like me, if you see my account then you will find I am one of your most valuable customer who paying almost 1000 rs. every month approx using your connection but this time it is very worst that I haven't inform about the net plan validity.

      Coming in detail I was using internet pack of rs. 150 since February I guess and have been charged rs. 150 smoothly and I have not any issue till month May.

      But in bill of May month it is ridiculous to see that pack has been charged rs. 299 without any notification and also rs. 250 for daily usage which I have not used or opt for.

      I have complaint so many times regarding this but no resolution provided to me, every time all of you guys saying will call you back within half an hour and again same thing to get resolution with the help of senior team but I didn't get resolution till now rather than you guys barred my outgoing calls.

      Is this a customer support or customer relation you are making with clients?

      I hope I will get resolution this time if not then will port my number to other mobile network service provider.

        This is my secont reminder regarding not getting signal on my number [protected].in this regard i complaint on 11th july 2016. on 12th one of lady from your office call me from[protected] and say to reset the sim accordingly i have done it till not get signal. then i change the cell phone set and inshort the sim in new set here also not getting signal. i try to contact with above[protected] number but no body responding though it ring several time. (you can check the miss call record) so i request you to kindly provide signal to my number. if possible please give me the you local fficials number by which i can contact him. my location is junagarh, kalahandi odisha and alternative contact is [protected].

          I have recharged with 176 (offer price) data pack of 1 gb 3g on 13/07/2016. and on next day in morning 7:00 am i accessed the net and just read the pages and done no download no online video running just read the 4 pages for past workout diets and they deducted the 600 mb data and speed also like 2g and after complaing they just say sir u consumed it.
          So much fraud. they do this before also. i[censored] don't able to fullfil the offer then why you are providing this. now i am going to port my number so much fraud company. don't buy the vodafone never.

            I just happend to check my last 3charges on my number, which happens to be unsual, rs 29 has been deducted twice, which does not happen. every time you take credit u get 25, in return u got to pay 29 back, but why twice, when asked an advisor he wasnt able to answer, he wasnt rude but he tried to confuse me.

            Not acceptable,
            Screen short has been provided for refference, m not even sure if this will be resolved... money is not a problem, but confusing customer is...

            Also there was an unsual charge gamesbond, what nonsense, got rs 10 deducted, which was refunded back...
            By another advisor earlier today...

            Why you is it getting charged for no reason.

              Am Shaji working at Abudhabi, united arab emirates. On 24 th may 2016 Mr mahendra Prasad from Utharpradesh did a fraud transaction using my debit card details which is hacked by using some fraud sites in internet.
              by recharging his vodafone mobile number [protected] with transaction ID[protected] dated 24.05.2016 time 13.01 pm.
              i humbly request you to take some serious action against the culprit at the earliest.

                Hi, this is sudheer. i am a vodafone postpaid customer with mobile number [protected]. last month (june, 2016) i moved to bangalore from hyderabad, so i dropped a message to mnp to port from andhra pradesh network to karnataka network. during that time a got a call from vodafone customer care that they will provide free roaming for next 6 months and outgoing calls will be deducted from the existing std minutes available from the current plan, after checking the bill which was generated on 8th july 2016. i tried calling the customer care and tried to explain the scenario, but they bluntly tell that they can't do anything regarding this issue, and arrange a call back from concerned team. i tried contacting the customer care multiple times and asking them to resolve this issue. but every time they are repeating the same story. as the outgoing was charged normally which was not promised by the customer care, an extra amount of rs. 500+/- was charged.

                  I have been using vodafone services since years, but this time its really disgusting, when i switched off my data services in india - as a process it does not get activated automatically in other country while a person use international roaming for calls, but they say it happened this time.
                  Then my credit limit is 3000. They now charged me a whopping amount for 1 lakh inr for the name of data connectivity.
                  1st of all how come customer is liable to pay such amount when he agreed for a credit limit.
                  In the era of high end technology - how couldn't they bar the outgoing and data services if it was going above the credit limit.
                  I am agreed/liable to pay the normal call charges and within the agreed credit limit. But they still remained silent on this and keep on sending reminders for payment without sending me the corrected bill, even after my communications to their central team.
                  Vodafone is a multinational company - i believe they believe in justification and cant put customers in a situation of harassment.

                    My name is jijo jose. i had done a hdfc credit card payment for my friend vishnu chandran amounting rs.654 (card ending 3608) on 8th july, 2016 (payment due date 10 july, 2016) & amount was debited from my credit card on the same date. but i got email confirmation from vodafone that the payment was failed. i contact the vodafone customer care & they told me that the payment was not received at that time. the email was as follows

                    We are sorry, but your vodafone payment with the details below could not be processed:

                    After that my friend got a call from vodafone that your connection will disconnected if you are still not paying the amount. so my friend gone to the vodafone store in trivandrum and he again paid the amount in cash on 11 july, 2016 & they told him that a fine of 100rs will be taken for next bill. but still that time my payment on card was not reverted back to my card. therefore i called my hdfc credit card customer care & they told me that the payment was initiated on 8th july & vodafone claimed the amount on 9th july. so i again called the vodafone care and they told me that now they had received my credit card payment on 12th july and the amount will adjusted against the next payment.

                    I just want to know why this happens in a reputed mobile networking company for payment. if a payment was failed, why they are again taking the amount from the credit card and not reverting it back to my card. please right action for this compaint and contact me as early as possible.

                      My name is arun ([protected]), i port my number to vodafone in corporate plan. before port i had discussed with vodafone agent about the plan (249- 300 minuts local, 150 sms local/national, 2g unlimited) but after port into vodafone default 99 rental plan activated and after long follow-up they guys say they don't have such plan. i moved on and asked them to share me the available plans and selected one of the plan and asked them to activate again they people activated different plan on my number. on daily basis i have to waste my time on this... and unfortunettly i have to be in vodafone for next 3 months before port to other company.

                        I sandeep sheoran using vodafone nos. 999950**** and 999950****. i have activated a family plan on these two numbers along with other number 981135****. the family plan showed a 4gb data on the following two numbers 999950**** and 999950**** and 1gb data on 981135****. accordingly i used the data but in my bill only 2gb was allowed as free and normal data charges were levied on data used above 2gb.

                        When i called customer care, no one even knew the detail of the family plan and on constant calling customer care, each executive gave a different story. i have been harrased mentally by each time telling customer service executive (khushboo, vineeta and many more whose name i dont remember) my problem. each time they call i have to tell them the whole story again. inspite of giving 2 to 3 feedbacks also my problem haven't been resloved yet.

                        I also talked to mr alok mishra of the technical team and he said that he will allow a waiver of the extra charge for the 2gb as i have used 4gb as it was the data shown in my phone. he said that data allowed to my plan is 4gb only .

                        This is the story of last month.

                        In this month after 6th july 999950**** shows 4gb, 999950**** shows 2gb and 981135**** shows nothing on dialing *111*5*1#. i have attached the photographs of of data plan showed in this month.

                        So i request vodafone to please solve my problem by allowing the waiver and necessary action so that i can pay my last month bill(2711rs=wrongly charged according to 2gb but my cell phone showed 4gb, 4gb, 1gb last month).

                        I also request vodafone to please discontinue my plan from next month so that i am not anymore harassed by you. i have been using vodafone services from past 6 years but this time you have disappointed me. so i would like to change my connection to prepaid after clearing all vodafone bills.

                        If inspite of mailing higher authorities and explaing 10 times the problem to the executives the problem is not solved within the due date i would be forced to take a legal action against vodafone.

                          Hi, I have been a valued customer of Vodafone for the past 9 years or so. I moved from Delhi to Hyderabad recently, did my number porting with Vodafone, took a corporate plan and had all the services. However, the third party verification person went to my office (which I had joined a day back) and tried taking the verification about me from the security guard to which the guard didn't had any clues since I had joined a day back only and they are not supposed to know us by our names. Hence, my address verification got rejected post which Vodafone stopped my services (I mean how can they do this, am I a fraud person?). I called up the Vodafone care couple of times requesting them to reinitiate my services as this was my official and only number for people to contact me. however, even after repeated requests, they didn't do anything and kept on telling me that I have to go to the Vodafone store to restore my services. I did that too and resubmitted my forms, ID proofs etc...but till date my services are dead from 2nd July onwards. If this is the service Vodafone is providing to its older customers, I would prefer Airtel which has amazing customer service. Also, am so pissed off that I am raising a concern to the consumer forum too as this episode has frustrated me big time and no access to my friends and relatives to get in touch with me.

                            It is very sad to say that sometimes the operator is deducting some amount without giving proper explanation. it happened recently after doing my full talktime recharge. i got stumbled and contacted the vodafone care. one representative had no clue and reiterated that it was due to my internet usage, which was totally false. he couldn't give proper explanation on if i used internet then how much time i used or for what purpose the deduction happened. even, i had seen such instances in the past and informed customer care. i saw the deduction even when i enabled my data service. i am very sad and expect some action from the concerned including the dot after instances of call drops.

                              I bought a from your nibm store on the 4th june, 2016 (package of 3000 which includes the dongle & 6 gb data per month for 3 months). the next day i left for mahabaleshwar as i work there. the connection was working perfectly fine without any glitches. a few days later the i was unable to connect in spite of trying all permutations & combinations. i even took help from the it manager of my organisation & who then spoke to pushpak (person from the nibm store), who said that my tele-verification was cancelled. i immediately gave him the details of mr. vinay (mobile number – [protected]) who had come to my house on the afternoon of 6th june for the verification process. pushpak then told me he will get back to me but he never called back. my calls were never answered by them. the next day i asked my father to visit your store which provides horrendous services, to shake up the people because they seemed to be taking me for a ride every time i tried reaching them. finally when my dad reached the store & spoke at the peak of his tone did things start to move. even the store manager ms. jyoti was very callous about the entire incident & this shook them up. although they kept calling me, they never could help me out with a definite solution. a gentleman from the data support team was very kind & there were times when he went out of his way & helped me with the issue, unfortunately i don’t recollect his name. after his assistance, i came to know that the store team at nibm had given me a wrong sim card & the sim card that was originally given to me was blocked for some reason. the same was confessed by jyoti, this incident happened on 18th june. though the sim card was expedited on top priority, i had also asked the store team to send me an apology letter for the non-sense that they had done & the way the entire scenario was handled. on top of all this, they billed for the period that my internet wasn't functioning due to the error at their end. when i request for a credit for the same, they took more than 10 days to have it done. i escalated the issue to their manager mr. virat sharma & corporate relationship manager, ms. pooja arrawatia but they were of no help. the only thing that they could do was apologise & request for some more time. finally i did receive the mail regarding the credit but it was addressed to someone else. i am still waiting to receive an apology from their for the trauma i had to go through in addition to my work getting disrupted to their lethargic attitude. i also have the audio recording where ms. pooja has accepted that nobody from their end has been responding to my complaint.

                                Please be noted that i am the owner of vodafone mobile sim card having phone number [protected]
                                Which as per records is still under my name deependra dewan and above address. I went to vodafone
                                Tore situated in south ex part 1 on 24th of june 2016 for the purpose of changing the same number
                                To prepaid as it was postpaid. The customer service agent was a lady which i still recognise filled
                                In all the details needed took 2 photographs of me took photocopy of my pancard and election card and
                                Asked me to pay the balance amount of rs 1736 which i paid with my icici debit card and its still
                                Howing in my bank statement records (Mps/vodafone mo/[protected]/0) and after that she handed me
                                A new sim and said will be activated after 24 hrs but even after 3/4 days the number was not activated
                                O i went to the same vodafone store again this time was attended by a guy he after listining to my qurey
                                Handed me a new sim said will be activated after 2 hrs but again same thing happened sim did not activate,
                                But due to my busy schedule could not go to the vodafone store same day. I thought i will go on monday
                                Now i went today with the same complaint but this time the customer service lady gave me a shockin news that
                                My number [protected] has been ported to some other service provider. I was shocked to hear this and asked for
                                A solution but they were not ready to help, i said that neither i nor anybody in my family did the porting but
                                I was let down by the vodafone agent. I doubt that as this was a vip number someone in their has played the trick.
                                Sir please help me in this regard i would be very thankfull.

                                  We are having 5 vodafone corporate numbers, one of that number has a problem of outgoing bar each and every month we have requested to exceed the credit limit of that number and the zonal office service head gives her id to us to email the limit you want to exceed and after that we have received the revert mail that limit has been exceeded but this month we are facing the same problem...
                                  What is this????

                                      Vodafone - bangalore has hired a bunch of incapable and unethical verification personnels, also not to mention the customer care executives and supervisors, who have no idea about what they speak to customers. this is the seconds time this has happened. 1st time verification personnel visited a wrong address and submitted negative verification result and without prior notice my outgoing and incoming services were barred. after a series of escalation the issue was fixed. now again with my second sim, inspite of personal as well as telephonic verification, negative verification was sent and my outgoing services have been barred. customer care executives refuse to take complaint.!!!

                                      Inspite of positive verification done by both personal verification personnel and telephonic verification personnel, my verification has been negated. my outgoing services have been barred without any prior notice. this is really frustrating. customer care exe. payal (saturday - 9th jul, 2016) told the issue will be rectified as she will arrange the verification team to call me in an hour's time. cust. care exe. amir (monday, 11 jul, 2016) refused to take down any complaint regarding my outgoing services being barred. cust. care exe. khushboo and supervisor rahul (12 jul, 2016) said they could not help me and asked me to visit vodafone store. this is heights of disrespecting your customer.

                                      This is a similar issue i am facing with respect to verification. either your verification team is not summing up the details properly or your backend team is just fooling around with the data.

                                        Hi there,

                                        I'm valued customer of vodafone mobile for delhi ncr circle having the mobile number[protected] and i'm raising the complaint over here regarding the same number.

                                        Story/history:

                                        In the month of june'16 above mentioned number was in vodafone prepaid ncr and it was having main balance 490rs. When i applied for prepaid to postpaid migration everyone said me your 490rs prepaid mobile balance will be adjusted as money in the first bill of your upcoming migrated vodafone postpaid number [protected].

                                        I waited couple of days and after all formalities and verification my number has been successfully migrated to vodafone postpaid; i'm thankful for this.

                                        Thereafter on 7 july my first e-bill came and i was there is no adjustment shown for 490rs which i was expecting it would be.

                                        I thought there may be some technical issue behind this, let's lodge a complaint to vodafone customer support; i called 198 and informed all about this concern. The executive said we're from postpaid and we cannot track your prepaid balance therefore i require your permission to transfer your call to prepaid desk, i told okay transfer my call. He transferred and i connected with vodafone prepaid desk and i explained all concern. He told as currently your number is postpaid so we're unable to check your details and i'll transfer your call to postpaid. I said ok, then again my call landed to postpaid desk and nobody help, even 198 executive was not agree to lodge a complaint.

                                        I wrote the same matter to corporate care via mail and i received acknowledgement copy of mail in which it was stated that we will respond you back within 1 day.

                                        I waited alot and still there is no response from corporate desk.

                                        I'm raising this case here for justice and i just want to know where my 490rs gone, and if it has not been adjusted then please waiver the amount asap.

                                        If require i can provide you call recordings and mail copies as well for proof.

                                        Looking forward for justice!
