I had recharged for [protected] for 719 rs on 21st august, [protected]@1:03 am via vi app through Bhim upi.The money got deducted from my bank account.But no such recharge was done by Vodafone.I was told the amount would be credited (refunded)within 7 days .but as of 19 September no refund has been credited to my account.I have sent numerous emails to customercare @vodafoneidea.com but to no avail..I have sent them my bank account account.transaction Id for the recharge and also Vodafone screenshot which clearly mentions Vodafone has received the money.I have made many calls on 199 ( customer care for Vodafone).They put my call on hold for 30, 40 and sometimes even 50 minutes pretending to be Tran my call to a senior executive and then simply Disconnect the call.There has been no positive reply from Vodafone.Previously, Vodafone tried to fool me that the money lies with the bank .I visited the bank with the transaction id.The transaction Id clearly showed that Vodafone has successfully received the money.Every time Vodafone customer care people tell me that the matter would be resolved within 7 days and u will get a revert callback from our senior executives.But even after 30 days, no callback, no refund.please help me get my money from this fraud company called Vodafone.Now I am even getting fraud (spam calls) from[protected] pretending to be from Vodafone and asking to share my bank details.I immediately disconnected the call. I am sharing Vodafone screenshot for the transaction and my bank account statement which I shared yesterday also with u .Please help me get my money refunded from Vodafone.

    Non refund of 719rs by Vodafone for 9920090561 on 21st august 2023@ 11:03 am

    I had recharged for 719rs for [protected] through Bhim upi on 21st august, 2023 @11:03 am .The amount got deducted from my bank account.But no such recharge was done.I was told the amount would get credited (refunded)within 7 days.I called the customer care on 199 for many times.Every time they put the phone on hold for 30 to 45 minutes pretending to be transferring to a senior executive and then Disconnect. They showed me computer which clearly mentions that Vodafone has received the money. But still the issue is not getting resolved by Vodafone. Also the customer care executives of Vodafone on 199 are not helpful at all .They put the phone on hold for 30 to 45 min pretending to be transferring the call to some senior executive and then just Disconnect.I have to explain the whole thing from scratch every time I call on 199.I am sharing my transaction details with u .Hope u could help me with this.Transaction id[protected].my contact no [protected].my email id Shripal.[protected]@gmail.com.           New SIM Tele Verification Number 59059 Not Working

          A few days ago I ported my mobile number from BSNL to Idea. After porting was accepted, I inserted the new Idea sim in the only sim slot of my iPhone. Then I called 59059 for tele verification as instructed. But the automated voice response said "this number is for new sim verification, for other services dial 199". And then the call got immediately disconnected.

          I tried this 40-50 times. But every time result was the same....

          A few days ago I ported my mobile number from BSNL to Idea. After porting request was accepted, I inserted the new Idea SIM and dialed 59059 for tele verification and activation. But on calling 59059 the automated voice says this number is for verification, and for anything else please call 199. And then immediately the call gets disconnected.

          I have tried this 40-50 times. But result is the same. So what is the solution? How to activate my new Idea sim?

            My vi sim not generating port request when i Messege to port out request they cancel it by saying UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance. Kindly solve my problem i want to port to jio because in my locality vi data connectivity is very slow so i want to port to jio

              1. Date of Incident - 1st Sep 2023
              2. Description - The proposal for Vodaphone service was initiated from Four Colors India Pvt Ltd on 11th July and the communication started via email. Documents were provided on 19th July to start the service. And we shared the TFS PO with them on the 19th to complete the process.
              After the follow-up mail was sent from my side on 25 July, one of the contact persons from Vodafone " Kalpesh Lukkad" replied that the service would start only this week. Again on the 26th, I received an email from Vodafone to get the digital CAF signed on the form so I sign on the form and complete the process. on 26th July received the mail from "Rinka Pandey" from NFL Desk Team that order entry has been done. And again there was some correction in the forms and for that we have reached out to Vodafone contact team several times but no one responded till 7th Aug 2023. and finally the vodafone contact team ask us to setup a call to hand over the portal for the service and it was done. after demo no one provide the kit to us and no one contacted or no communication was there and on 14th Aug 2023 we got the bill for the service we never use. I have sent a official mail on 14th Aug 2023 to end the service and there was no reply on that as well. there was only bill generation from Vodafone without using the service even we have requested them to stop the service due to lack of customer support proper updates and handover. Again 4th Sep 2023 new bill generated on Four Colors India Pvt Ltd name without any single use. bill generation was there everytime without any service use by vodafone

                  I am facing with the UPC generation process for my mobile number, [protected]. Despite clearing all payments, I am unable to generate the UPC for porting.The error message states: "UPC cannot be generated for the reasons: (1) Payments outstanding. Please contact your service provider for further assistance." This is inaccurate, as I have settled all dues.My attempts to resolve this with customer support have been unsuccessful. I request your intervention to address this matter promptly and enable the generation of the UPC for a smooth porting process.I anticipate a swift resolution to this issue and request your urgent attention.

                    False ISD charges have been charged to me by Vodafone Idea Limited. I received messages that my Credit limit is over when I got to know that there have been charges on some unknown account. The unknown charges were to the amount of Rs. 6200/- (approx) which later increased to Rs. 9400/- (Approx). On raising a complaint to the Appellate authority, I have received a reply that they can waive 50% charges. Whereas, I have not utilized any services, then why should I pay for it. Vodafone has disabled my cellular services. I have had to speak with their customer care executives multiple times to get at-least calling facility restarted so as to not be in a vulnerable situation of not having any active phone number to connect with anyone. But the frivolous attitude that Vodafone Idea Limited and the appellate authority has shown is very disheartening. I have been a loyal customer but need this is type of response is not right. They have even stopped all outgoing smses, This therefore does not even allow me to cancel ISD services so as to reduce ongoing damage. This is sort of a looting the customer. Losing trust in a huge name like Vodafone.

                      Around 4 days ago, my father visited a mobile shop to port his Idea sim to Jio due to consistent signal issues and poor service. He paid a total of 200 rupees, which included the Jio recharge, to facilitate the porting process. Subsequently, he received a call from an Idea customer service representative who offered assistance.Given my father's limited knowledge about phones, he followed the instructions provided during the call. However, it has been three days since the call, and his number has not been ported. To add to the frustration, his Idea recharge expired during this time, leaving him with no means to effectively communicate.Upon investigating, I discovered a "port cancel request" message in his messages. When I asked my father about it, he mentioned that he had received a call from Idea and followed their instructions. It's disheartening to see that he was misled and scared into making this decision.I strongly believe that such practices go against the values of transparency and customer service that your company should uphold. My father's innocence and lack of familiarity with technical matters should not have been exploited in this manner.I kindly request that you investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action to address the unfair treatment my father experienced. As a loyal customer, he deserved honest guidance and support, not misleading information.I am sharing this experience on various social media platforms to raise awareness about such practices.

                        In my area we don't have proper signal of Vodafone network so I decided to port my number to JIO network when I sent PORT request to 1900 I am getting the following error for my Vodafone number [protected]

                        "UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance"

                              I am writing to inform you that I, Abhijit Sinh Parmar, residing in Borsad, District: Anand, Gujarat, availed the family postpaid plan in January 2023. The plan cost is Rs. 999 + GST and it includes four mobile numbers:
                              1) [protected]
                              2) [protected]
                              3) [protected]
                              4) [protected].
                              The relationship between my and Vodafone Idea's postpaid plan started off smoothly. However, we have been facing a few issues lately.

                              In May 2023, I made the decision to remove one mobile number from a total of four. To my surprise, this action resulted in the generation of two bills. The first bill was for the remaining family plan, while the second bill was specifically for the mobile number that was removed ([protected]). But it happened that, Not only is the usage of the removed mobile number included in the family plan bill, but it is also separately accounted for in another bill. This means that the company generates two bills for the same number to ensure accurate billing and transparency. Despite receiving two bills, I made the decision to withhold payment from the Vodafone-Idea company executive. Unfortunately, as a result of my actions, all the numbers under my family plan have been deactivated by the executive. The amount of the separate bill ([protected]) that was generated has also increased by five times, and I am compelled to call and pay the bill. Furthermore, they switched me to two different numbers but added them to my individual postpaid plan. I am extremely disappointed with the level of service provided by this company.

                              The problem I have is why the bill is generated after I have closed the number. Furthermore, I am curious as to why two bills were generated instead of just one. Additionally, despite closing the number, it still remains active and not closed. I believe this issue is the fault of the company's executive.
                              I understand your frustration and concern regarding the billing process. It is indeed perplexing why you receive the bill after closing the number, as well as why multiple bills are generated instead of just one. Furthermore, it is frustrating that despite closing the number, it remains active and not officially closed.These discrepancies are certainly not ideal and may seem like a fault on the company's part. It's important to address these concerns with clear communication to ensure a resolution that meets your expectations.

                              The executive's decision to place blame on me may be frustrating and unfair. However, it is important to understand their reasoning behind it. They have likely received instructions to deduct money from your salary if the bills remain unpaid. By reaching out to the customer, they are simply trying to ensure prompt payment and protect your financial interests./ Why am I being blamed by the executive? They informed me that if the money/bills are not paid, they will deduct it from my salary. So, why bother the customer for this reason? It seems unnecessary to compel payment of bills in this manner.

                                My name is Nirmalya Debnath. I am using A Vodafone Postpaid 4G sim card. I want to inform you that again I am facing Slow Internet Speed from 01/05/2023. I did not any work for this problem. And also I am facing another issue that is when I'm calling with any mobile number then Data does not work. Then only shows the G sign. I have multiple complaints of Vodafone Appellate Authority by the letter and by email. They also visited my location but they did not solve my this problem. So I request you please check and solve the problem again.

                                I hope that you will look carefully at my written statement and take an initiative in this regard.
