Incoming call, SMS not working. It says Invalid Number

Please note that i have not been receiving incoming calls and sms on my vodafone no [[protected]]

However i am able to make outgoing calls and also i can use internet.

This problem of incoming calls is ruining all my business and customer relationship.

Raising Complain since 10/12/2020 and they say its resolved, but the issue is still there. Went to 2 different outlet and they just say we will update...

My number is inactive

Recently i ported my number from airtel to vodafone and i am facing alot of issue with it.
Firstly the sim i received at my homedid not work in my phone (it was showing no sim detected)
Then i went to the vodafone store and i was goven a new sim and told that it will get activated the next day but that also did not get activated.

15 years customer & poor customer service

Dear Vi,

I am a customer for last 15 years. Same number, and same home.

I have been treated so badly by your network team in closing all my 100+ tickets on poor & inconsistent data connection for the last two months. So far the issue is not fixed. My work, life and things were totally disturbed for the same.

Tele-verification call to 59059 dropping

I got a new Vi sim card yesterday. I was told that the sim will be activated within 2 hours and then I have to dial 59050 for tele verification. I have tried for more than 10 hours - but upon dialing 59059, the call keeps dropping. I am not able to complete verification. Mobile prepaid recharge made but data pack not provided for use

I have vodafone prepaid service cell no: [protected] since for a quit some time, during covid-19 for recharging i find bit difficult, even the stores or customer care could not be reachable. So, i take a chance to recharge thru internet that fetch me lot of troubles, those are described below.

vodafone - outgoing calls withdrawn

Since last over two months, whenever i try to make outgoing calls on any landline number, it says "you service has been temporarily withdrawn". I have been following-up with vodafone idea since july 2020, but to no avail. Fake call to ask me to cancel port request

I have initiated a port request to port my number from vodafone to airtel. After submiting my documents to airtel executive. I received a call from number, a person claiming to be calling from vodafone, asked me to send an sms - cancel“mynumber” to 1900. The lady one the phone also texted me about this. I was suspicious so i asked her to write me a mail to confirm this, which i never received.

Postpaid corporate account

data exhausting too quickly and data cut by 1gb in the already active pack of 2gb/day

I've activated 449 plan which gives 2gb
4g data per day.in last few weeks whenever i connect data in my desktop, it is getting exhausted in fraction of seconds. Before that 600-800mb or max 1.2gb only was used a day.
Nowadays, net shows h/h+ and when i just connect to my desktop, data gets exhausted and even then not even a single page is getting loaded in my desktop, can't even access my outlook since the net is so slow....

recharge is successful but not activated in my account

I recharged my account[protected] at 1:28pm. Transaction also successful. Rs.399 also deduced from my account. But the plan is not activated in my number. I called customer care service they didn’t attend my call.
Then i recharged my account with rs 10. This also show recharge is successful but no amount credit in my number. But money also deducted from my bank account. I continuously contacted vodafone customer care services...

sim not yet activated after porting from airtel

Worst customer service. I ported my number from airtel to vodafone and that's the biggest mistake i ever did in my life.

All required documents submitted. Cleared previous bill of airtel too. Even then my sim didn't got activated. When contacted customer service they said to collect bill from airtel gallery and submit to vodafone gallery. Which i did and was told that within half n hour the sim will get activated. service temporarily withdrawn

For the Vodafone number [protected], which was previously an Aircel number and in 2018 I ported to Vodafone, all the services, outgoing/incoming/SMS, have been suddenly withdrawn from around 10:30 PM of 12th Feb 2019. I seriously don't know the exact reason behind this withdrawal of service. When I am calling someone, the voice over I am getting is, 'Your Service is temporarily withdrawn', though I have promo activated and balance as well...
