Hello Dear Sir/Madam,
I have ported out my no [protected] from Jio to Vi. On 22nd Feb 2022 I got to know via message from Vi there is Rs 34.63 ammount is pending for previous operator and that need to pay otherwise you no services will stopped. So I paid the amount already on 26 Feb but even after clearing that bill my no outgoing stoped working from 9th March and for same I received the message from Vi as well. I have called to Vi helpdesk informed same, I have mailed to concern with payment receipt Vi customer care, even I twitted my concern, always there are your issue will be resolved in next 24 hrs and 72 hours. That much time is already over but no resolution yet. I mailed, called and twitted many times but still my problem is not resolving. As nothing is pending from my end but still I am struggling to fix my problem. This is my primary no and outgoing services is stopped. Please help me out here. Thank you.
