[Resolved] Vodafone — Postpaid corporate account | |
My sim numbers 8120005 — & 8120004 — not working. The first number not working for many months and later not working last few weeks. The mobile number is connected to my corporate banking and i could not transact and salary, supplier payments are all affected. I raised the complaint regarding this and following are the situations, 1. The idea vodafone merger delayed my request first 2. Sim cards given by vodafone office and idea both were rejected by system 3. Visited 5 times to several offices of idea and vodafone and every time different solutions offered but none worked. 4. Finally asked to send mail to 'corporatecare. [protected]@vodafoneidea.com' alsong with request letter... 5. After sending the letter 2 times, again the reply is coming to submit the letter. 6. Now no one replying from this mail despite several reminders... 7. The account manager - paras nassikar stopped lifting the phone. 8. Finally when i visit vodophone office, they said only email is the option since my connection is corporate... 9. Now i was told that some authorisation issue is there and i have to send a letter. But it is still not authorised Arrange to activate the sim cards... Also call me to clarify what went wrong. Was this information helpful? | |
