Hi I have recharged a number [protected] on 1stJuly 2022 but wrongly i have made same recharge of 299 on 1st July, 2022, I have asked to Vodafone customer care, Aizawl regarding this but they said they will nor refund or carry forward the recharge. Two recharge will process at the same time.
That means the ultimately I have to bear the lost. Kind of cheat.
