Vodafone — Sim activation number 59059 is not working

I am not able to reach the sim activation number 59059 from my new Vi sim. The call automatically disconnects. I called the activation number a few hours after buying the sim. I called at around 5 to 5:30 pm. I even tried inserting sim into multiple mobile devices and Sim slots. But nothing worked. I just can't reach that number. What to do?
