Vodafone — Stop stealing Money by "FLASH" messages and "REFUND" complete "STOLEN" Money | |||||
Hi, All our family members are using Vodafone services since long time; recently when I was checking messages from my family members phone, they rarely check Vodafone messages due to many unwanted offers/messages from them, I found they have activated "SILK Package" on one number and "VOD Mania" services on other and were deducting money on weekly 35 INR and monthly 90 INR respectively since few months. When I inquired, none of my family members are aware of these services, nor used it and also not aware of money deduction. There is no "SENT" message request from either of the phones. After inquiring with customer care, they said it was a "FLASH" message request which will popup on your mobile screen and ones selected the services will get activated - NOTE:- None of my family members are aware of activating these services. First the customer care refunded only one deducted transaction for each phone, even after escalating till the "Nodal office" they only did for one Month and the previous months. I sincerely request consumer board to ensure all my stolen money to be refunded and also an awareness campaign for the "FLASH" messages as I'm sure we are not only the one family from whom they have did it and also not the only two numbers who have requested for refunding money.
