[Resolved]  Vodafone — Tele-verification call to 59059 dropping

I got a new Vi sim card yesterday. I was told that the sim will be activated within 2 hours and then I have to dial 59050 for tele verification. I have tried for more than 10 hours - but upon dialing 59059, the call keeps dropping. I am not able to complete verification. There are network bars showing on my phone for the sim, but I am not being able to get through to 59050 for tele verification. The Vi agency I got the sim card says that the number I got is showing activated in their system. Vi customer care so far has been of zero use.

I have tried so many times but after selecting the language it quote that "this is for only tele verification call 199 for more details" and the the call getting ended every time. The network bar is showing full bars. I tried calling so many times but it happened every time. Then I called 199 but said that i have to do tele verification through 59059. I don't what to do anymore. Hope I'll get some resolvement through here.

I ported my sim to VI. Whenever dialing 59059 for tele verification.
