Vodafone — Tele-verification number (59059) not working

The number for Tele-verification i.e. 59059 is not working at all. The call is getting dropped and I am unable to carry out the Tele-verification process. I bought the SIM card 3 days prior to today. I've been getting messages saying that my Vi phone number has been activated and all I have to do is go through the Tele-verification process to get started. I have repeatedly trying to dial 59059 but the call is not connecting. This is very frustrating and the Vi helpline/support has been NO HELP AT ALL. This issue is very frustrating.
