I am facing problem to generate UPC code on my vi mobile number [protected].

On UPC code generation time showing problem -- #UPC cannot be generated for the reasons: (1)There are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance."

So please solve my problem and remove any contractual obligations and generate my UPC code.
