    The company is asking me to pay for a SIM card that they issued to me but wasn’t working. The sim stopped working within 5-10 days of issuing for which I went and sat at the store for 4 hours in Rajouri Garden, New Delhi. After 10 days the sim wasn’t working I raised a complaint, requested a new one and threw the old sim as the team mentioned it wasn’t catching signals for 10-12 days. They didn’t send me the new sim. I had paid for the one I got. They further deceivingly made bigger bills and kept calling me 2-4 times a day minimum and texting me from random no.s threatening me to barge into my house !!! Amidst this I changed by first (work no. ) to Airtel and I’m happy happily working with it. That was Vodafone’s highest available package and they then tried to wave off the sim payment they were wrongfully trying to obtain from me given I wouldn’t port my no. I still did coz their services are clearly incompetent and desperate and am happy I ported to Airtel but I still almost a year into it gets calls and threats.

          I have been fraudulently charged for some game service that I never requested/activated. Will switch providers if VI continue to steal from me.

            I need to change my sim to vodafone to bsnl. I have request port many times and talking to customer care also. I haven't received upc code and customer support also very poor

              Mob. No. [protected]. I had not requested any gaming service, But today I received message like "Hello!
              Thank you for choosing to access Handset Inbuilt Games,
              You have been charged Rs. 25 ".
              It happened several times. Without any customer request, the services are getting activated and amounts are charged . Now the games is being activated and the ₹25/- got deducted.
              Please deactivate such gaming portal useless services and immediately revert the deducted amounts at the earliest

                Point to be noted. Without customer knowledge or any service request the prepaid amounts are getting deducted. VI customer care executives are also not helping. Please resolve this issue by stopping such defaulted activated services by VI and reverting the deducted amountd

                  This is Kavitha, we have contacted the vodafone Agent for a SIM card for loan purposes, for getting the last 3 months bills in the month of oct 2022, we paid Rs. 770 for the concerned coordinator on 15th Oct 2022, in order to provide the last 3 months bills.(Previous month bills) for address proof.

                  They took money from us and did not give any kind of bills nor they did not answer my calls,...

                  I recharged my vodafone number today with Rs.58 and the transaction was successful yet i didn't receive any message from Vi confirming it. Upon checking the balance it still showed zero. Please fix this problem asap.

                      I am using vi sim from last 10 years, and i am using prepaid sim with mob number [protected] . on 26 june 2022 i had done the prepaid recharge of amount 3099 Rs with validity of 1 year with transaction id[protected] .with that recharge my recharge supposed to be valid from 26 june 2022 to 25 june 2023 but vi company terminated my sim service in the middle of the active prepaid pack on 4 oct 2022, after that i have reached to the vi outlet...

                      Dear Sir,

                      I got deducted Rs. 25 from my Vi account for handset games subscription and moreover I never ever subscribed any service additionally. So kindly arrange reimbursement and cancel the service request.

                          They charged 249 rs. For some service that I've not opted for.

                              My sms service is barred without any valid reason
                              I can't message anyone though I've unlimited prepaid plan
                              I talk to customer care and lodged a problem but the issue is still the same
                              There is no response from the vi service center
                              Now I'm in utter distress please resolve my problem as soon as possible

                                Hello, I did not authorize a charge for English Seekho - 7 days and I am being charged for this.

                                I was also charged for Sports Pack - 15 days

                                    I am trying to port my number to another cellular network service provider. When I am trying to generate porting code I get the below message.
                                    "UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider"
                                    When I try to connect to their customer care they only tell few options which are recorded press 1, press 2, etc but they do not connect to the customer care executive. I want to port my no to jio but I am not able to port please solve my issue as soon as possible
