Since vodafone is not able to provide data service to my location i am trying to port my number to another cellular network service provider. When i am trying to generate porting code i am getting below message.
"upc cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider"

    Hello, I have a Vi Prepaid number, and I have been using it for several years. It is the number that is linked with my Aadhaar and banks. Unfortunately, I have lost the SIM card and I am abroad at the moment. I will need a replacement SIM card at the earliest, and I can share a signed affidavit stating that my mother can pick up the SIM card. Could you please share the steps I can take to ensure I get a SIM card with the same number?

            Unfair Billing for Missed Calls on International Roaming Plan

            I was in a text chain on [protected]@vodafoneidea.com. Now it says e-mail can't be found.
            Can you please update me on the status of my request. I've been trying for almost a week. Please delink my number ie. [protected] from family plan. I've followed the steps you've mentioned and there's no such option in the app to delete number from family plan.

              I'm unable to send or receive messages from my new phone. I took a new SIM with my existing phone number as my new phone was not detecting the old sim.
              With the new SIM, I'm able to receive/make calls, but not send/receive text messages. I do have sufficient unlimited balance!

                  Hello,

                  Service has been very bad since last a few days. Nobody is answering properly and don't have any solution to anyone. After multiple discussion with customer care, they only send a message that this will be resolved in 72 hours but nothing happens in fact they message me that your problem has been resolved. When I tried to port my number, I am getting below message.

                    Myself Piu Roy Chowdhury, my mother Mrs. Swapna Roy Chowdhury, contact number [protected]. Her plan is Rs.399 and including GST, the bill amount is 471/- per month and payment (471/-) done by me without any fail. Being a senior citizen, she only utilise her phone for call receive and net shuffle.
                    But, in the month of Jun’23 video call charges & from Mar’23 onward, late fees charges add with her bill which was not paid by me. Not possible for me to check each and every bill, so, paid only amount of Rs.471/-.
                    Now, the the bill amount comes to (bill of Aug’23) Rs.1218.7.
                    On 11th Sept’23, after the payment of Rs.607/-, received a mail of 0(Zero) outstanding.
                    After 7 years, I ported my no. to another service provider(15th Sept'23), only because of these unwanted elements every time added with bills.
                    They asking for payment for those and telling that "the waiver given to you only for retention with Vodafone"(mailed on 21st Sept'23), this precondition was not disclosed by their customer care service at the time of waive off.
                    From 14th Oct'23, another service provider temporarily suspended my mothers no([protected]).
                    My question is that why should i pay unnecessary element added by service provider.

                    Today(22nd Nov'23) received a SMS from Vodafone as below:
                    "Hi, there is an overdue amount of Rs 899.51 for Vi no. [protected] with relationship no.[protected] We appreciate and value your relationship with us. We are offering a waiver of Rs 179.902 on your total outstanding amount as a special one-time offer for your continued association. Please pay Rs 719.608 immediately. This offer is valid only till 24/11/2023. You can pay securely on https://vi.app.link/vibp For details, contact PRIYO RANJAN DUTTA on [protected]."
                    That's means, they are asking me to pay the Pro rata basis bill of Sept'23(Rs.288/-) and unnecessary element which they wrongly added with my mothers bills (video call charges, SMS charges, late fee charges etc).
                    I am ready to pay only the Pro rata basis bill amount of Sept'23(Rs.288/-). Nothing else.

                      I have filed a complaint on September 8th with regard to my final year marksheet and I was told that the marksheets will be sent at my home within 20 days with a fee of Rs 850 to be paid to Mr Prince Bhardwaj (Advocate) for the entire process .

                      I haven't yet received the marksheets and the numbers haven't been picked up which are registered under your name

                        Idea cellular now called as vodafone idea has become biggest fraud company to cheat prepaid consumers by stealing recharge amount by forcibly adding games and other ### crap add on thus reducing the balance without consent and knowledge of prepaid consumer
                        trai being the regulatory of telecom is acting like partner in this cheating instead of taking stirct action against the vodafone idea, bsnl, airtel, jio, etc
                        these companies are charging very high rated packages with less validity which is like leaches sucking blood

                        why should we pay for incoming validity out going validity seperately and for only 28 days a hefty amount whether used or not

                        trai should think of poor and middle class people who are the largest prepaid subscribers that pay thousands of crores of rupees for the prepaid recharge packs which expiry even when we dont use the amount paid as validity pack for 28 days
                        ( example: i pay 107 rupees in bsnl for validity of 35 days in which i hardly use 35 to 45 rupees in the 35 days cycle) and again i have to pay 107 for validity of 35 days, if we want longer validity we need to shell down hundreds of rupees just to save our number
                        this is not limited to bsnl but all the idea, airtel and jio are same to suck poor people blood to make money
                        and also all the companies spend our money that comes from prepaid and postpaid bills to pay high amd huge salaries to ### who doesnt even CARE CUSTOMERs problems

                        i request telecom minister and trai to reduce validity charges in prepaid or give longer validity at very minimu charge so that we can keep our number active and topup talk time recharge as per our need

                            I am using Vodafone number since 2003, then it was Hutch. In the year 2017 Vodafone blacklisted my number for privacy and security reasons.
                            Today Vodafone activated a Value Added Service named mydelights powered deal and deducted Rs. 47 from my Balance.
                            I have written several complaint mails to their customer service email id and nodal officer email id. But nobody responded me. I have chatted through WhatsApp with Vodafone customer care regarding this. They said - "No VAS is activated in my number, but Rs. 47 is deducted". What nonsense.

                            How come they activated mydelights powered deal in my number when my number is blacklisted?
                            It's a complete fraud service to cheat customers.
                            I want my 47 rupees back.
                            Vodafone should make sure that they will never cheat me this way again.

                                I had recharged for [protected] for 719 rs on 21st august, [protected]@1:03 am via vi app through Bhim upi.The money got deducted from my bank account.But no such recharge was done by Vodafone.I was told the amount would be credited (refunded)within 7 days .but as of 19 September no refund has been credited to my account.I have sent numerous emails to customercare @vodafoneidea.com but to no avail..I have sent them my bank account account.transaction Id for the recharge and also Vodafone screenshot which clearly mentions Vodafone has received the money.I have made many calls on 199 ( customer care for Vodafone).They put my call on hold for 30, 40 and sometimes even 50 minutes pretending to be Tran my call to a senior executive and then simply Disconnect the call.There has been no positive reply from Vodafone.Previously, Vodafone tried to fool me that the money lies with the bank .I visited the bank with the transaction id.The transaction Id clearly showed that Vodafone has successfully received the money.Every time Vodafone customer care people tell me that the matter would be resolved within 7 days and u will get a revert callback from our senior executives.But even after 30 days, no callback, no refund.please help me get my money from this fraud company called Vodafone.Now I am even getting fraud (spam calls) from[protected] pretending to be from Vodafone and asking to share my bank details.I immediately disconnected the call. I am sharing Vodafone screenshot for the transaction and my bank account statement which I shared yesterday also with u .Please help me get my money refunded from Vodafone.

                                  I had recharged for [protected] for 719 rs on 21st august, 2023 @11:03 am through Bhim upi.The amount got deducted from my bank account.Yet no recharge was done by Vodafone for the same. I was told the amount would be credited ( refunded) to my bank account within 7 days .Even after calling customer care on 199 and explaining the problem so many times, the issue is not resolved as yet .The customer care executives put the phone on hold for 30 to 45 minutes pretending to be transferring the call to some senior executive.I have sent countless emails regarding this issue to consumercare @ vodafoneidea.com.I also shared the screenshot from Vodafone which clearly shows that they have received money and also my bank account statement.They tried to convince me that the issue is with the bank .I visited the bank premises with the transaction Id. They showed me computer which clearly mentions that Vodafone has received the money. But still the issue is not getting resolved by Vodafone.
