I have not registered or downloaded any games from Vodafone but it keeps on sending sms and deduction of amount from my main balance, pls do something I am losing my main balance. Receiving sms as rs25 charged from inbuilt games and so on it keeps on coming.

    I am a prepaid subscriber for mobile no.[protected].

    A few moments ago, I received a sms stating that you have been charged Rs.22 for using the FUN PORTAL.

    I have never used the said portal nor I subscribed for it. As such charges are unnecessary and illegal.

    Therefore, I request you to kindly reverse the charges.

      Since i am facing issue in network i am trying to port my number to another cellular network service provider. When i am trying to generate porting code i am getting below message
      .
      "upc cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider"

      After discussion with idea helpdesk they asked me to visit Vodafone showroom. Showroom people saying that i have an active family plan so they discontinued that plan too but still not able to generate upc code. I am still getting same issue.

      Vodafone or Idea service desk is unable to provide any solution and there network service is worst after their coloration with idea.

      Please help me to get out of Idea/Vodafone network.

            Recharged with Rs 179 on 7th June morning, but still when I am trying to make the outgoing calls I can only hear that my recharge has expired and whoever is trying to contact me cannot get in touch with me. Even after 24 hrs same thing continued. Mobile no: [protected]

              My phone showing 4G network but unable to recieved call and msg. Also Data is not working.
              I need quick solution. even your VI application not working for connecting customer care.
              Pls STOP your blah blah process and add option to talk with Customer CARE directly, we dont have time to wait and click 10times then you will redirect to CC.

                I got message saying Handset Inbuilt Games VAS activated. I did not selected, even i don't know how it got activated without doing anything and debited 25₹ from main balance.
                I can see lots of people getting this service auto activated need resolution at earliest or else will need to take it at other level.

                    I got a message from vz-vicms i.e.. Vodafone, i was charged rupees 7/- on tuesday 3rd jan 2023 for choosing to access 'games and videos' which i did not done and on fryday 19th may 2023 i got one more message says i have been charged Rs. 10/ - for choosing to access 'Telsync Games' which also i did not done. i send a cancellation VAS message to vodafone but they replied i did not subscribed to any of their VAS services. Kindly do the needful and get this over as soon as possible.

                      Mobile number deactivated without informing customer

                      I haven't activated any games portal in my phone.. on the gap of every few days they activate one or the other services without any request on my part. Today Rs. 25 was deducted for some Handset Inbuilt Game. Your customer care is the worst service i have come across.. Im never able to contact your executive for any of my complaints.. Deactivate the service immediately and refund my money

                          My family member sim card is not showing any network for last 15 days.
                          I tried to solve the problem by restarting the phone, reinserting the sim, changing the phone.

                          On checking in Vodafone store, they told me that all the services are active in my number but i don't see any network signal because Old IDEA sims need to be upgraded to new New Vi sim as old sim won’t support anymore. They disconnected network without any prior intimation.
                          I have lodged a complaint APR-V[protected].but i cant see status because they send a verification code to the same number. How can i receive a message when i don't have any network.

                          I visited nearby store They’re not ready to issue new sim card as there is a typo error in their data base where they entered month in DOB as 8 instead of 9 as per ID proof. I contacted them for 4 days in a row. They kept on postponing everyday without resolutions which is very frustrating. I’m not able to port to other network too as they send porting code to the same number. I’m very disappointed with the vodafone store representative response when I contacted them, they answered me like nothing can be done, U guys made a typo error in ur database and now you’re blaming me as it is not matching my original document. i don't see any options available to solve this issue.

                            On may 9, 2023 at 3.11 pm, Rs.99 was deducted from my Vi prepaid balance without my consent for caller tune activation when I didn't opt for any caller tune. This is totally not acceptable and I request a reimbursement of the deducted amount.

                                My service is temporarily withdrawn, call and sms out going isn't working.

                                  I recently ported my BSNL sim into vi sim.
                                  they say that it will activate in 2 days.
                                  and it's been two days and my sim is still not working.
                                  it say that your service is temporary withdrawn
