Vodafone — Charging of late payment penalty fees of rs. 100 every time

I am regular customer of vodafone since last 3 years.

During this tenure vodafone have charged me late payment rs. 100 to Rs.50 per month.

And the whole process of regerating the bill by calling customer care numbers and twitter dm's affects the next bill.

This is irritating on all levels and a pathetic way...

Sir,
My calls are being forwarding to an unknown number (which is +[protected]) without my knowledge and permission. When i tried to disable it.. It says that "Your carrier doesn't support disabling call forwarding on your number" I tried to get help from customer care but the instructions told by them are also not working and they are telling the same on calling them again and again. Please help!...

I m vodafone user from long time, but first time activate 4g internet service, and from that day its been worst time for me. Vodafone 4g internet sucks its slower than 2g speed, can't open single webpage have to reload minimum 10 times, youtube lowest quality video can't play properly. Signal strength is good but internet speed worst. Please do something....

Hi Team,

I went to Vodafone store(ITPL main road, Kundanahalli, Bangalore) on 31st Aug 2018 to transfer ownership of the SIM card from my friend's name to my name.

After spending one and half an hour time at the center( waiting in the queue, filling the forms, verification of documents and payment of advanced bill) finally the customer executive informed me that it is not possible because you are not blood related....

Dear sir, I have done recharge for my Vodafone mobile number [protected] for the amount of Rs. 199 on 26.6.18 morning. The amount was debited from my account and recharge has not been done. Then again I tried for recharge and also debited Rs 199 from my sbi account. So, I lost Rs. 398 and recharge has not been done still now. So, kindly refund the amount Rs. 398 to my account. I have been facing constant issues with vodafone 4g network since last one month and the network does not show on the top of the phone. Apart from this, the speed of the network is worse than 2g and the internet is almost unresponsive majority of the time.
I would like the network issues to be resolved at the earliest since this is causing huge problems in calling, connecting, voice breakage, call drops and internet connectivity issues....
