[Resolved] Vodafone — UPC Code not generating | |
Dear Sir, I have tried to generate UPC code so that I can switch from Vodafone Idea to another company, but I am not recieving UPC code. I have sent message multiple times like PORT [protected] to 1900 but still there is not reply from them. If i will not be getting the UPC code so how would I get my number ported to another operator. TRAI and Govt. Of India please help me in this. As this is a very urgent matter. Was this information helpful? | |
May 10, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved I had just emailed vi customer care and also called them, they told me that some times it may take upto 12 hours to get upc code generated. Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
