Hi,
I have 'Vi_MV_KAR_Blaze550' vodafone plan on my number ([protected]) since 4 years. This worked fine last three years. The plan is has a one time fee every 24 months and has free incoming SMS in any country outside India. I mainly needed this service for accessing OTP SMS. I activated this service based on my discussion in the Indira nagar Bangalore Vodafone Office.
It worked fine until this year Feb. Since Feb I was not receiving OTP SMS but all advertisement SMS and spam. I had to complain and follow up for multiple months to get this issue sorted.
Suddenly last month they activated an international roaming package without my consent. When I complained about it, they completely deactivated the roaming package as well as the roaming service which was part of 'Vi_MV_KAR_Blaze550' plan. This year has been a frustrating experience with Vodafone customer care, they do not understand the difference between service and monthly packages. Now I am even stuck without a signal on my phone. Please help solve the problem, I am unnecessarily charged for something that I have not requested for while I am stuck without a service that was supposed to be included within my regular plan. I have the same problem with this blaze 550 plan. Did you get any resolution from Vodafone on this?
