Vodafone — vodafone deals_mydala_99 fraud

I am a Vodafone Customer from Kolkata, using 2G Unlimited data plan.I have been charged Rs. 99/- by this scheme "deals_mydala_99". I have talked to vodafone customer Care, but they said it was charged by "mydala".com. They cant help me. The amount was charged falsely without even asking or taking my consent. I have 2 queries: 1) before doing any deduction or any monetary transaction on my account why it has not been asked?... why my confirmation is not taken before charging me? 2) Why vodafone is supporting them and implementing charges in customer's account on their behalf?.
