[Resolved] Vodafone — vodafone - outgoing calls withdrawn | |
Since last over two months, whenever i try to make outgoing calls on any landline number, it says "you service has been temporarily withdrawn". I have been following-up with vodafone idea since july 2020, but to no avail. They give vague response about installing new tower etc. But i am not able to understand how installing new tower is required to activate outgoing calls on landline when i am already able to call on cell numbers (Of vodafone's connectivity is poor on that front also). I had faced the same issue a year ago. At that time, i had even changed my sim card but then the issue was resolved. I am using the same sim card and same instrument since then but the problem has again resurfaced. Was this information helpful? | |
