I have been using vodafone number[protected] from almost 4 years, i have been charged wrongly in the august 2020 bill and additional 900rs + wrong state gst and central gst charge of 116 and 116, when i called the customer care i have been told that i have dailed so number which is 56000 for 100m for which i have been charged 900rs, which is totally incorrect information and i as i checked now such calls has been made. Vodafone india has now found a very unique way to do fraud activites for like this and are harassing the customer. I even gone through such more similar post by customers here in this compaint forum, please look into this.

    Dear Sir,
    I have unlimited plan activated on my number and keep a little balance in my account for any emergency and to avoid that disgusting low balance caller tune.
    Around 19th of September 7RS was deducted from my account without my consent. I had not activated any service. When I called customer care number I was told that no service is activated on my no but I got the message that some video service is there and further amount will be deducted.
    Customer care had no clue about what service it is .I also had no clue and the money is charged.
    I called customer care two times but they had no clue about the service and asked me to call after few days.
    In between there is again some deduction from the balance.
    Why there are so many deductions when I have not asked/applied/consented on any additional service????
    I called the customer care but the customer care had no idea why those deductions were made and SIMPLY REFUSED TO GIVE ANY COMPLAINT NO. or any solution.
    Please resolve this issue and refund the amount charged without any reason or I would be forced to go to consumer court as this has disturbed my peace of mind

      Team had visited and declared new site of vodafone tower

      Team is ready to plant new site plz confirm him through the call he is visisted he had declared me that there is no serving site is near by boost the network... We can't do anything we had to plant new site

      New site declared on my land waiting for paper work of tower installation process plz send the legal team immediately for paper work

      Survey had done allready just waiting for new site to be plant network team and site acquisition team are ready for setup new tower waiting for vodafoneidea higher authorities to be involved in new site approval

          I have a vodafone 4g mobile connection. The voice and data networks are very poor within the city limits where i stay. I am staying in thengod, kakanad, ernakulam which is hardly 2kms away from the district head quarters. If we cannot get a good service from a mobile service provider well within the city limits its too bad. My vodafone number is +91 [protected]. Repeated complaints made to vodafone customercare didn't make any solution.

            Hi team,

            I am facing issue with bill payment for last 2 months. Last month the amount of 980 was debited from my account and this month amount of 250 is debited from my bank account. I have checked with my bank also and have lodged a complaint. Bank has also issued a new debit card for security reason. But still, the amount gets debited from my bank account.

            I was having 4 vodafone connection and out of which i am currently using only 2 number and these are:-

            [protected] - not using and requested to close the number
            [protected] - not using and requested to close the number

            Need your help on the from which mobile phone this amount is debited and how can i stop such false transaction every month. The transaction is happening on 4th of every month. I am sending the screenshot of the transaction received from the bank.

              vodafone - outgoing calls withdrawn

              Since last over two months, whenever i try to make outgoing calls on any landline number, it says "you service has been temporarily withdrawn". I have been following-up with vodafone idea since july 2020, but to no avail. They give vague response about installing new tower etc. But i am not able to understand how installing new tower is required to activate outgoing calls on landline when i am already able to call on cell numbers (Of vodafone's...

              Today i do recharge of rs. 49 by my vodafone app but the recharge was not done and i even did not receive any mail or sms for this recharge while rs. 49 was deducted from sbi account. Transaction details as follows...

                No proper internet access. Internet speed shown is 0.0 kb/s to 0.5 kb/s.

                Frequently call drops while call but clock cotinues.

                Sometime couldn't receive incoming calls.

                  Vodafone is looting money in the name of vas activation through flash messages: money is getting deducted without any intimation of that, no balance deduction message too. Upon calling to customer care multiple times still no result is there. They are telling that some game service has been activated on my number. I never requested or gave permissions for that and even in myvodafone app it is showing nothing. Even i sent sms to stop any activate vas to 155223 and got a reply saying no active vas in my account, still balance is getting deducted on regular basis. I requested them to stop these things, but no solution yet. What the hell the customer care people are doing.

                    Almost every month rs.19 to rs.49 is being deducted from my balance. When i checked with customer care they are saying it due to core balance dnld-wwap_dls0019_ppu_kin01467053 and ppd/ppu download dwap_gam0025_ppu_dat05002001 and it cannot be refunded.

                    First time i spoke to customer care in august 2020, they said its because i clicked on some ad's on mobile, and customer care assured me it won't happen again for the next 6 months. On sept 1st 2020 again rs.49 was deducted. When i checked, they're saying its due to cookies on my mobile.

                    Without any otp or confirmation or intimation from the customer, this amount is being deducted every month from my mobile balance.

                    1st september 2020 – my daily wallpaper - rs. 49
                    11th august 2020– my daily wallpaper – rs.49
                    6th june 2020 – my daily wallpaper - rs.19

                    I need a refund for this and previous amounts deducted

                    On Oct 1st 2020 again Rs.48 was deducted. This is after performing a factory reset and clearing all data on my phone and disabling VAS services.

                    I would like to know for how many years has Vodafone been deducting this amount from my balance?

                      Vodafone Idea had applied VAS charges of INR 845 + taxes which is close to INR 1000. This service was not opted by me and was automatically renewed by Vodafone on 22nd July. Since 23rd July I have been following up with Vodafone to remove the charges (which was a cepted by the customer care representative). I had been following up via emails (sent 8-10 reminders), 7-8 Tweets, review on Facebook, However till date nothing is done.
                      Got a message yesterday (after almost 45 days on 2nd sep) that the issue will be resolved before 1345 hrs on 3rd Sep. Guess what, , they barred by calls and internet services.
                      Really frustrating.
                      I am looking for my refund and an apology and I have already opted for porting network.

                        Here the vodafone customer center sold me a postpaid sim and now that i want to convert it into prepaid, they r asking me to go to nagpur. The guy in the store talked very rudely saying why did u buy postpaid i[censored] cant pay it regularly, and much cheap words

                          Charging for calls to toll free numbers

                          I had made calls to toll free numbers of Tata Sky Broadband[protected] and One touch Customer Care[protected] and Jio Fiber[protected] I was shocked to learn that I was charged for these calls.
                          Toll free numbers are supposed to be free for callers....

                              From 2 days i got many call from vodafone to cancel porting my vodafone number to another operator.last day on 1st Sep 2020 i have got atleast 100 call for this and On dated 2nd Sept 2020, I received a call on my phone number from some [protected] at 3.11PM. He claimed to be from Vodafone and asked me about don't port from vodafone to other network and send SMS right now from my mobile number to cancel port.When i told him i will this and if i want to wish to be with vodafone i will send SMS by my self, During this call representative said “GAND MARA”.Please bear in mind that paucity of time will not stop me from taking up the matter at higher level. Hopefully my complaint will be given due weighted and an amicable solution will be devised.

                                    unable to send outgoing sms

                                    I am unable to send outgoing sms from my vodafone sim. I tried inserting my sim in my mom's phone, but its still isn't able to send sms. My balance is not zero. I have been complaining about the same from april 2020. Even after various complaints raised on vodafone platform, i haven't received any communication from customer care.
                                    Very sad about their service....
