[Resolved] Vodafone — Vodafone Re1 Store Scam

The Re 1 Store is active on my number [protected] even without subscribing and there seems to be no way to unsubscribe. Already tried Sending the STOP message few times but in vain. It seems Vodafone is scamming the customers in the name of 3rd party service.

I wish to demand for a refund of INR 35 deducted two times so far during September 2021 and October 2021.

I had also contact vodafone Idea customer care by email and got a response today that they have removed the unwanted subscriptions and initiated a refund for the subject charges. I have to appreciate the prompt and quick action from the VI customer support team.

Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
