I recharged with Rs 398 that availed me 1.4 GB everyday with unlimited calls. But every morning after I switch on my phone, they send me message that my data pack is over without me being using. I recharged with Rs 16 just for checking. After i recharged with Rs 16 1 GB, within 1 hour before I could reach home, vodafone sent me message that my data pack is over. It is completely ridiculous. I called the customer care so many times. They just have 2-3 memorized lines that they told me: Thank you for calling us. There is some problem with your handset. or you have kept your browser open" and then they disconnect the call. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

For me too my 2 GB pack exhausted before I even touch my phone in the morning
Vodafone messaged me my data pack was exhausted without me being using it. This was in November 2018. Since the customer service is extremely rude and useless, they didn't help. I went to the Vodafone center directly to lodge complain. After that, my net pack worked normal. Again on 27th August, 2019, the same issue of data exhaustion started. I complained to the vodafone center directly. They did not take any action. The female were busy filing their nails and adjusting their hair. The male staff was busy flirting with the female staff. My net exhaustion continued for 10 days. I went to another vodafone center to lodge the complain again. I told them that I will port to Gio because literally my net pack was stolen even when my phone was switched off. They assured me that everything will be fine and for the next 1 month, everything worked normally. Now again, this net exhaustion issue has started. I recharged with Rs 16 1 GB, and in 20 minutes, message came 50% data over and then in the next 2 minutes, message came 90% over and then next moment message came "you have exhausted your data pack. Buy new data packs etc etc". Such a big scam going on. Seriously disgusted
This usually doesn't happen with me but today immediately 100% data excausted but i didn't even touched the phone and this was the first time for me
