Vodafone — worst service quality-mobile-[protected]

Dear consumer complaint team,

Dear respected sir/mam’s,

As i paritosh jaiswal as a citizen of india would like to inform you that past 20days i am facing a huge problems regarding

1- network
2- calls drop

Where i have make a complaint to vodafone company and send a several mails for the same where they only given me a complaint registered number and they always told me that your aforesaid issues will going to solve but but not a single days was available for me where i had not faced the aforesaid issues.

So, i request you kindly help me out to get resolved my issues and pls take an initiative action against vodafone company.

Ans-after get poarted my number

• what is the frequency of call drop?

Ans-daily 24 in every second call getting drop

• what is the signal strength in your handset (Number of network bars)

Ans-only one bars

• symbol displayed on handset (E, h, h+, 3g, 4g)

Ans - i have selected 3g as vodafone mini store front desk executive has guided me

From that days and today i am continuing facing a same aforesaid problem of network where my phone was getting disconnected automatically when i am having my

1- business partners
2- personal

This is not the end of my mail but also i have launched a several complaints (Complaint no_[protected]) for the same where they are (Customer care executives) giving different excuses that from past 15 days there is a network issues.

Not only this but also i am using apple handset and i visit to service center to clear that is there any issues in my phone but service center executive tell me there is a network issues your phone is ok...

So, i request you kindly take an initiative action against my aforesaid issues asap...

Dear Sir,

Yesterday I have received a call from company from following number +[protected].

Where my problem yet not get resolved only company is just wasting my time and getting me cheated.
As my several business calls is getting dropped out due to poor network service of Vodafone company.

Dear Sir/Mam's,

As today evening (4:28pm), I received a call from Vodafone customer care where they again launch a complaint which is as follows:-

I again request you kindly help me out to get resolve my issues as I am getting hammered my business in which I am not able to get deal with my business Partners.

So, I request you kindly take an initiative action against Vodafone company and help me to get resolve my issues asap

Dear Sir,

Still I am facing a same problem from Vodafone by my previous subject, several days have been passed but still not my complaint didn’t get resolved they are only providing me complaint number.

Today also I had discussion Ruby mam a customer care executive she also only raising my complaint instead of getting resolved my issues

I request you kindly help me out to get resolved my issues
