Complaint regarding heavy labour cost

I bought your Voltas Beko 8kg top load washing machine in Sept'22 last year. Now some plastic parts are broken so I requested the service call. I received the estimate from your service partner in which the part is merely of Rs. 60/- & for the same you are levying the labor cost of Rs. 590/-. Isn't it inappropriate? Isn't it shameful to loot your customer by levying so much heavy labour cost for the part which is not actually that much costly....

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction in handling my in-warrranty Refrigerator.
Despite lodging complaint with the ASM in Lucknow and Service Center a month ago, There has been no significant progress.
Please kindly try to replace my Refrigerator if possible.

This delay is unacceptable and reflects poor Voltas Commitment to customer satisfaction. I request immediate attention to this matter.

    I had placed a complaint regarding my Voltas Beko front load washing machine on 11th May 2023 req no. [protected] for which i paid SR [protected] is Rs. 590 for visiting charges. After that technician suggested that drum inside the washing machine is broken. have to install new drum. and will be sharing estimate for the drum.

    and till the date they haven't repaired my washing machine telling that part is not available.

    If they dont have the part then why did they sold me the machine?

    Need my entire money back of what i bought this machine.

        dont wast u r money u can prepare for other brands

          cashback 3.83% also but sir today 90 days complete and we have not received
          my both cashback amounts so please check and issue my cash back of both

              Such a poor customer service I have ever seen in my life.Our refrigerator has not been working from 20 days, we have complained on 14th july, but we did'nt get solution for that.We continously calling customer care but our problem still not reaolved yet..worst service I must say.Once a service man came he said that its fan is not working..later we got to know tha fan is ok then anothee one service man came he fill gas into fridge still having cooling problem, other one came and said that it has low gas, he filled it again but no fix we get yet amd we have paid for that too.Now please fix our problem otherwise we have to complain through consumer court.

                Hi,

                I have purchased Voltas Beko Dishwasher before 2 years and it is still under warranty
                Voltas is not resolving my complaints from past 1 month and I am just chasing in email but they escaped taking any action and I am just waiting and waiting..my hard cash money involved where my machine shut down for a month.

                Below agency who is not taking any action and just kept num. Pls find agency details and Manager number who are not responding and not taking any action and other escalate members list who just not responding for a month ticket within Bangalore.

                    I had raised request for my Dishwasher which has stopped washing. The request number is [protected]. The request was logged on 29th June 2023. This request was assigned to Innovation Cool Engineering in Pune. Service center # [protected].

                    The service center does not have any good technician. The first technician came and said PCB board is damaged due to water leakage. There was no water leakage in the machine. Then he said it might have been damaged due to voltage. As I was not convinced asked for aligning different technician. New technician was aligned after 3 days and multiple follow-ups and escalation. New technician now identified the issue with motor.

                    I have warranty on motor for machine for 12 years. Shared the documents with the technician. Inspite of this technician raised motor request as out of warranty. Showed the dealer the documents and now he says he will have to cancel the request and I need to raise new request for ordering motor under warranty. I did not agree to this.

                    Dropped a mail to [protected]@voltasbekho.com with all the documents. Did not receive any response from them. Just a mail informing the Innovation Cool Engineering to close this request ASAP.

                    Called call center today (17th July 2023) and got to know the service center has closed the ticket. Call center person reopened the ticket and assigned back to same dealer.

                    Asked the call center person that I need to talk to senior person. Call center person said that she can not do it.

                    Stuck with this product and dealer from last 17 days with no resolution.

                          We bought a dishwasher on June-2022, After that few days it is working fine. After 6months it is started giving problem with rinse. We have given complaints regarding the same issue from January we are fighting with them to resolve the issue.
                          Intial days of visits they said motor issue so that they have given 1mnth of waiting period after that lots fighting they came to resolve issue without replacing the motor which they said, waited also. literally for visit also lot of people will call you to just for address and they cut the call.
                          Regarding the same we have given complaint to Service Head Also no use. They just for visit at least checking of 30mins they said like no issue in dishwasher I don't know without completing a washing cycle how they are telling us if you any questions regarding this they tell about us customer is rude.

                            The 13 month old refrigerator door fell on 15.05.2023 and till now no solution. Technician visited, complaint assigned to Prince Enterprise, then Jeeves Consumer but no outcome.

                            The dealer Paras Enterprise, Service Manager (Ankush) and Area Service Manager (Mohit Singla) all are being contacted after many calls. Earlier it was told that door shall be replaced but in last telephonic communication it seems they said that it will be repaired (change of hinges).

                            The main door which fell has developed dents and also the lower one too. Moreover, the technician, service manager, dealer all make me feel that it's mishandling by me and my family not a defect. The refrigerator is at the same place since last thirteen months and normal daily handling/operations was done as we did to past refrigerators from childhood.

                            Voltas customer care has no botheration towards customer's inconvenience. My hard earned money in this product is totally lost.

                              Very much embarrassing for my decision among friends/neighbours whom I had all praise for our Indian brand Voltas of Tata group. Inconvenience faced by my family in the last two weeks in summers can be imagined.

                              With this damaged box at my hope I feel my 34000/- have been looted.

                                I have voltas beko double door refrigerator which stopped working a month ago, i have registered complaints and 4 different technician came and gave the same answer that pcb is not working, they told to replace it within a week but till today i havent got solution.
                                I have also complaint to area manager but he is also giving false hopes . Got really fed up by service of voltas . Now dont know what to do to get solution
