This email is regarding my washing machine with serial no.1200018A18E001612 this machine has a problem in motor as it is auto cut whenever I try to wash cloths.My details are given below...

We bought a dishwasher on June-2022, After that few days it is working fine. After 6months it is started giving problem with rinse. We have given complaints regarding the same issue from January we are fighting with them to resolve the issue.
Intial days of visits they said motor issue so that they have given 1mnth of waiting period after that lots fighting they came to resolve issue without replacing the motor which they said, waited...

The 13 month old refrigerator door fell on 15.05.2023 and till now no solution. Technician visited, complaint assigned to Prince Enterprise, then Jeeves Consumer but no outcome.

The dealer Paras Enterprise, Service Manager (Ankush) and Area Service Manager (Mohit Singla) all are being contacted after many calls. Earlier it was told that door shall be replaced but in last telephonic communication it seems they said that it will...

I have voltas beko double door refrigerator which stopped working a month ago, i have registered complaints and 4 different technician came and gave the same answer that pcb is not working, they told to replace it within a week but till today i havent got solution.
I have also complaint to area manager but he is also giving false hopes . Got really fed up by service of voltas . Now dont know what to do to get solution...

We have brought New ac on dt 16 april 2023 and dealer assured installation on dt 17 April 2023 but no one contacted us for the same nor guide us for TAT for it and this is happen when there are many other competitive company providing best service assurance....

Sir I have problem of our washing sine 12 months but no respond by service centre end...

This is with reference to my previous mail and complaint No-[protected] till date the issue was not resolved . My dishwasher has not been repaired and as of now the following problems are there.

1). Auto Start is there.
2). Halfload light is not working.
3). One hour wash complets in 30 minutes.
4). From yesterday night, When we switch on the Dishwasher the the main switch dropped. this was the 1st problem...

We have raised A complaint on jan 16th which we are facing issue with our dishwasher which it is in Under Warranty.
After complaint raising we got multiple calls and all are saying that service is not available to area pincode like that. Here my question is if service is not provided then why your selling product to customers and giving this worst worest service.

When product received and started for demo by authorized service center technician, there was E1 error and machine was not working. Immediately asked for replacement and such emails were also written to Voltas customer care mail id. they are just creating the complaint id but no one is ready to replace the product and update me about current status of complaint.

Damaged product received by my senior citizen parents on Nov 4, 2022 and no resolution of complainant, phone calls and emails. No proper communication even after 30 phone calls. Both of them are on insulin and under bad medical condition. Not able to get any solution from last 14 days .
