I have placed Voltas Beko 8 plate dishwasher on 20-Nov-2020. It stopes working in January 2022. First complaint logged on 1st feb -2022. Technician has visited and identified the root cause. Technician has suggested for some part change, After following up for 7 days with Technician and Manager when no solution provided for my dishwasher, I have connected to customer care again and asked to customer care person to update...

I have purchased a new washing machine of voltas beko. I booked a request of installation req no - [protected]. The technician visited and installed the Machine but it start leaking water and was leaking even when machine is off.
The tech said that he will change the faulted part and will fix the problem and said he will come after 7 days. Its been 10 days, I keep calling and technician doesn't respond. Then I again called service center and they said we book a new request as we have no records of earlier complaint.
Now they booked a new complain (SR.no [protected]).
Now Its again 12th day and Still no response. No Call/message. I daily call customer care and send email for followup. No reply/messages from your side.
Do you guys even care about this? New washing machine comes faulty. And I am chasing you guys like it was my problem.
What will I do of this machine after winters are over. If this not resolved I am going to complaint a Fraud case in ConsumerCourt for false warranty.

The whole of Nov _Dec 21 the tabletop dishwasher has not been working properly. Error notification E4 would prop up. The technician replaced the pump. Still the dishwasher was not working. Then they said new pump needs to be fitted and it is not available. I registered a fresh complaint with the helpline on 24 Dec 21. On 1 Jan 22 the helpline assured me that by 5 Jan 22 someone fm the service center would contact me and get issue sorted out....

My struggle with Voltas Beko continues even today. They have the worst customer service ever seen. They said that a new machine has been shipped. But, it has been shopping for last 2 weeks. Neither the customer service nor the local managers know where it has reached.

Every day when I call their customer service, I get the same answer that a person will call. But, from the day I have launched the complaint, no one has called me back from their end.

The thing that baffles me is that there is zero follow up. I understand that due to COVID there might be shortage of parts and also replacement machines. But, have the courtesy to follow up and update the status.

These guys are horrible.

Since long time refrigerator leak problem occur many complaint but not solve yet

Sir we had Voltas beko refrigerator, got small repair, they are changing so many parts they are liyer and doing fraurd with me..

Dish washer not starting

Purchased refrigerator of Voltas Beko make on with invoice dated 20.10.2020 from M/S Taneja Traders, Railway Road, Jwalapur, Haridwar, Uttarakhand. In the month of August the refrigerator started not cooling properly as a result the Foods and vegetables began to spoil. In this regard a complain was lodged on 26.08.2021. Since then many service engineers visited with no action. Ultimately on 26.09.2021 service Engineer replaced the fan of refrigerator and took the satisfaction code saying that now refrigerator is Ok. But the refrigerator never been in working condition. Still Foods and vegetables are being spoiled. M/S Taneja Traders is not at all interested in the complain, simply referring the complain to service engineer. Service Engineer Mr.Ashwin, mob.no.[protected] perhaps looking after our area is not picking up the mobile phone.

It is a matter of trust we purchase the product, but this kind of attitude is not expected at all.
Please look into the matter and help me.

Bhut bura laga sir 2000 se logo ko Voltas ke baare me bata raha tha without any interst ki Voltas products are very good lakin last year W/M li khud apne liye lakin with in one year dryer me problem ho gayi complete kiye 1 mahina ho gaya lakin compny worranty date nikal jaane ki wait kar rahi hai hai sorry to say you sir lakin aaj ke baad me hur roj 100 logo ko kahunga ki don't faith in Voltas

This AC Since start giving problem, Not cooling, Every Time Service person come and Just Reply Clean filter Or Service But doesn't interested to Listen the issue. Voltas intention is Just Pass the warranty problem.,

I am suffering every day?

Don't buy Voltas product,

This AC does not have only Cooling problem. But this AC Inverter function is not working. It is impacting me High electricity bill.

Company Shown on Bill this AC is 1.2 Ton Inverter But on product registration it shows it is 1.5 Ton . I don't know why this mismatch happen Or They deliver me wrong product.

Please help me out, Can i file consumer case against this company

Water is running from machine and spinning not working.

Request # [protected] was attended by the engineer on 21st August. Informed me that PCB will be replaced within 7 days max. When I checked after 7 days, I got to know that my request was closed without any action and my consent. They opened a new request again. It's 2nd Sept today and I am still waiting for my issue to be fixed. horrible service. no commitment. Bad experience with your product and service.

I have purchase voltas fridge on 15 August 2021 and fridge not working cooling problem was facing .I have complaint in service center in ghaziabad 4 days ago tell know any engineer not coming very bad services of voltas company.
