Hello team, My warranty has been extend by voltas wta team. When i asked for warranty certificate now they are saying they will not able to provide warranty certificate. Please find attached message confirmation received by voltas wta team. Please provide my warrenty extend certificate asap else i will raise a case in consumer court. As per sameer saroj that you have fired that person from your organization. Please discuss with mr. Saroj he can explain you about the matter. Please take me in conference call with mr saroj. But i don't want to listen any excuse because my warranty was extended and i have many proofs. This is your problem if you have not given proper training to your executives and they don't know the policy. Now your team totally making me fool. You can check how many times i reopened the request [protected] and how your team close the ticket. They always saying why you required certificate as your warranty has been extended and showing on system. I am attaching message screenshot again for reference. Please check this issue and shortout.
