Almost one hour stop in the morning at sankeshwar for tea. While as the announcement was only for 15 mins. Upon asking Driver became wild and rude. I saw him taking some amounts from the hotel owner, probably to delay the departure to increase his business. This causes inconvenience to the passenger especially when the bus is already running late by almost 2 hours. This is not a complaint but only an information. Otherwise your services have been excellent throughout.

    Dear VRL Lazy Team,

    We have booked goods thru your VRL, Narayanavanam on 23.12.2023 with LR No:[protected] with 2 bags to chennai. till now goods never reached to our address. they have deliver partial delivery on 22.01.2024 with partial delivery of 1 bag. when we ask the driver they said, we are searching bags it may deliver tomorrow. even we are trying to reach them thru phone and direct visit. nobody is ready to response.

    if they are not ready to serve customer why you have such a useless staff's

    we are paying advance to the shipped goods now, your staff saying we are searching the bag.

    Kindly, change your team or else don't serve.

      Your Bus Drivers are very reckless. They have 25 passengers and above on board while they met with an accident and just missed to kill everyone in there bad driving or urgency.

      Hubli to Mangalore.
      I hope you take professional drivers who have good responsibility and integrity towards thier duties.
      We just got saved from dieing.

        Even After 10 days not sharing correct details or status of the material. booking office not response destination office not response. even customercare office also don't know what is the correct status.
        Need material to delivery correct destination without further delay.

          No movement of parcel

          We have booked a parcel in vrl from indore to dhalavaipuram (near madurai) on Dec 29th 2023 today 6th jan as of now no movement on the parcel and i have spoke with the vrl official in chennai madhavaram tpt from 3rd janurary simply they are saying today we wil send for the past 4 days, and they are particular about shifting there warehouse only not on client commitment . We have to deliver the goods to our client today but due to VRL mistake...

            My booking date for my parcel was 20-10-23.
            When I got the message that the parcel had reached the destination. They were delaying it to me by saying that they have loads of work because of diwali .
            I still didn't complaint, but once the diwali was over. I tried contacting them again through [protected]@vrllogistics.com /[protected]@vrllogistics.com but they never picked up my call neither replied to any of my messages. but where texting me for the payment of the material which was not yet delivered it to me.

            Still I haven't received my parcel after 3 months of diwali, and I'm still getting excuses.

            I had request the Investigation team of VRL to kindly look into the matter and resolve my issue as soon as possible. I haven't made the payment yet to my client for the bag I haven't receive and it's affecting my Goodwill.

            I request your respected team to look into the issue and resolve it at earliest.

              I had booked transportation of furniture from Delhi to Goa with docket [protected] but it was received in damaged condition where 3 chairs were broken, table and Sofa came with corner abrasions and scratches. 7 months back also I faced same problem where wpc panels were booked from Delhi to Goa with docket No. [protected] but 20% of the items got damaged. The packing on both occasions was appropriate for movement from Delhi to Goa. It appears that issue is of multiple transhipment and gross mishandling of the goods.

                Dear Sir/Madam,

                I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received from your company. On [21/12/23], LR NO - [protected].. I entrusted your company with the transportation of my [WPC LOUVERS], and I was appalled to discover that the product had been severely damaged upon arrival.

                Not only was the product damaged, but the management's response to my complaint has been utterly unprofessional. Instead of addressing my concerns with due diligence and respect, I was met with rudeness, dismissiveness, and even offensive language. This is completely unacceptable and has left me feeling deeply disrespected as a customer.

                I demand a full investigation into the mishandling of my product and a prompt resolution to compensate for the damages incurred. Furthermore, I expect a formal apology for the unprofessional conduct of your management team.

                I trust that you will take this matter seriously and take immediate steps to rectify the situation. I hope to receive a response from you within TIME to discuss how you intend to address this issue.

                  Complaint for LrNo(booking no.) : [protected].
                  While taking delivery from direct godown at delhi nangli sakrawati godown..they add extra charge called miscellaneous charge which is not mentioned in the original bill receipt at the time of booking. This is totally illegal...all charges should be mentioned in the booking receipt at the time of booking at initial station.
                  It is just the way of fooling the customer. Why these miscellaneous charges are not defined at the time of booking. At the time of booking they said there is no hidden charges.

                    I booked a parcel on December 18th, stating that I needed it shipped urgently from Kumta, Karnataka to Pune, Maharashtra.(Parcel weight-18kg).I made the payment. He said it will reach on 21st Dec. When I called again on November 19 to check, he informed me that the package had already been sent to Varur TPT. On the 21st, when I checked, it was still at Varur TPT. When I called the number provided, , he told me it would get to you in the evening of the 22nd.After numerous phone calls and conversations, I finally learned today, December 22, that our package was dispatched this morning from Varur TPT to Pune. I enquired about the delay's cause. He explained that he had decided not to send the material because it was a small parcel. Because of this delay from VRL, our customer's delivery is delayed which has a LD clause. OUR LOSS. Request to all VRL employees, Please treat every package with importance, no matter how big or small.

                      We have booked our stock on VRL bahadurgarh branch on 12/12/23 with LR [protected], still stock is in Delhi location and not moving since last 8 days even I have make number of phone call in concern location but no response

                        I am travelling through AC coach K 28 d 4785 Vijaypur to Bangalore mobile charger point is not working from starting point. It is very essential to contact for a pick up from Bangalore. My battery is drained could not contact for my pickup or contact relatives.
                        So plz checkup before departure. Bus driver said the fused was gone before departure of bus

                            I had booked a parcel service from Bhubaneswar Odisha to Burhanpur Madhya Pradesh on 7th November 2023 and I received my parcel on 21st November 2023 and the item in the parcel are broken and missing. Kindly look into it and do the further process asap.

                              Dear Sir,
                              Your transporter at alipur is not delivering material to customer .the consignment is there with them from past 15 days.
                              Very bad service of vrl
                              Secondly your online details show wrong information of delivery status its showing material delivered but only partial delivery has been made.
                              Also these days sending material through your transport is the toughest thing on the customer point of view. So much rules and regulations that apply only on customer . And transport is free from any problem they do whatever they feel.

                                  We booked 25 Parcels Qwik Supply Chain Private Limited, Bangalore against LR Number [protected] on 10 October 2023. Out of which only 24 Parcels delivered to Customer and balance 1 Parcel along the Original Invoice copies they had missed it. When asked about it, No proper response from them. We had suffered monetary loss and also our goodwill got affected because of VRL Bangalore's irresponsibility.                                     We have booked material from Delhi To Visakhapatnam vide LR no [protected] on 9/10/2023.
                                    The Material Was Lying In Delhi Branch Till 17/10/2023 And After Continue Inquiring Regarding It They Dipatched ON 17/10/2023.
                                    Till Now We Have Not Recieved It At VISAKHAPATNAM, And Our Customer Has CANCELLED The Order.
                                    We SUFFERED The Loss And A Good Customer because of VRL Negligence.
                                    please take strict action against the branch manager whio is concerned.
