its been close to 20 days when I punched my order S80814674 on 27th April for 3 linen and 3 cotton shirts and paid Rs 1998/- through my credit card. After several emails no one from Whaaky side is responding not even picking the phone...feeling very helpless ...

Dear Sir, I have order a product from Whaaky with order no - S80810090, After more complaint they deliver the defective product to me there after I request to return the product and refund my money or dispatch the product, So long time I have receive their mail for return the product, than I asked for reverse pickup but they don’t arrange for pickup, Than I courier to him on given Address with courier charges 600 rs. Even they don’t pick up calls either. They are giving very bad service, I think they have no right to play with customer motion and for this cancel their license online site and sale they are totally fraud. I ordered pack of 3 linen shirts on April 30th (order S[protected] they sent a size which doesn't fit me and not the colors I ordered, called them several times they won't pick up my call, tried from a different number and a person called Nandini(must be a fake name) answered and asked me to email with snapshots and they'll resolve my issue and arrange return and 4 days, no reply and they won't pick up my call, I am sure they must have caller id and do not attend calls from customers whose numbers are stored in their system. This is a total FRAUD company, I wonder why the government of this country allow such CHEATS to do business.

Your company is playing mischief with the customers. It is inform you that you have to deliver the product with your expenses. We have already send the defective product one time. In the second instance also you people are sending wrong product and talking about the policy. You buffoons are playing with the customers and intentionally sending the defective product. I have placed an order no- S80787078 of two MI 10400 Twin power combo on 28/03/2015 and company commited to dispatch the material with in 7-10 business day. i Have pay the ammount in advance but Till now (13/05/15) nither i have recived the product nor any conformation from Whaaky side. i have send them several remenders regarding my product but i am not getting any replay from this side. i also requested them to canceled my order and refund my amount. but nither they canceled order nor they send product. pls help me to resolve this problem.

I have order in waaky.com two Parx Shirts on 25th April, 2015. Already 18 days over but my order not despatched. I am trying so many times to customer care number but nobody pick up my call. My order no. S80813400 & full Payment was made through NETBANKING option but when I checked the site their Shipment Status shows “NONSERVICEABLE”. In this regard I have not received my money till today (i.e. on 13/05/2015) & still I haven't got any response. So please take action in this matter.

I had ordered for set of 3 lenin shirts of size L. But what I see is the size doesn't fit. It looks S sized shirts but label tells S. I still asked for replacement with other brand shirts and the process which need to be done. There was no response for the same from them. Tried to reach the support team they could never respond with resolution.

Hello Team, I have booked an item 3 Linen Shirts in whaaky.com order no S80821675 using my net banking but when i checked the site regarding tracking they haven't started the shipment, .when i was trying to reach the customer care they are not picking up the call and i finally have written an email to the support team regarding the problem but still I haven't got any response.

Dear Sir/Ma'am, My name is Prem Prakash Gupta. I ordered a 10 t-shirt pack+ 2 Power bank from Whaaky.com Online Shopping Order no. S80815669 on Date[protected]:47:42 using net banking payment option for Rs. 2498. 1. They delivered the pack of t-shirt on date may 03, 2015 via DTDC courier service Reference no. : Z54363698. But it was containing only 7 pieces of t-shirt.I submit a complaint to them. They asked to return it back to their office in Hydrabaad. I sent the product back to them via DTDC courier service reference no. Z54714943 on date 9th May, 2015. Now they are saying that they had delivered the right quantity and complaint will not be taken care further. 2. They delivered the fake Power bank on date may 5, 2015 using track on courier service reference no.[protected]. I again submitted a complaint for delivery of fake product. They asked for snapshots of the same product. I replied with same. But till now, they have not responded in this regard. Please take action in this matter.please find attached snapshots in this matter.

I ordered 3 linen shirts from whaaky with LARGE size after 20 days I received the order with Medium Size Shirts I unable to button it not at all fit for me, They send me a wrong size after that I called the customer care around 100 times but no response and I sent mail but the same no response, I planned visit their store directly I reached the address but nobody in that place doesn't know about the store. So please friends don't make any buy from whaaky they are cheaters, I plan to file consumer complaint in court, I will do. Have my experience as a precaution and don't do any shopping in whaaky. Im using your service 2nd time. 1st in last year 2014 i have ordered cash on delivery then order was reached on time. Now i have ordered on 3rd may 2015 until now no response and my order number S80820282, i had pay through net banking and now the whaaky is not responding to calls or emails. kindly some please take action on this and deliver the correct item on time. kindly you should get belife from customers and need to support them but your support is very very bad no response. dear friends u suggest not to use online payment, always use cash on delivery in any online shopping and especially in whaaky.

Hello Team, This is regarding order number: S80818967. The order contains 1 jeans and 3 tees. I received the jeans with size 32 whereas i ordered for size 34 and the tees are really below standard. I would like to return the product as whole. Please share the return procedure on the email or let me know if we have any option available on website to initiate the return process. I tried calling your customer care number: [protected] but there is no response on that. I called on Tuesday at 11:15 AM. I did not get any response on my email. This is really not expected from a firm who is running a online business and customers are not responded for their queries. can you please share your escalation matrix to escalate the issue? I had ordered combo of 2 10400 mAh MI power bank. and product is fake . its highly low class product manuaaly changes been made to battery .. no bill was shipped . moreover i cancelled the order but no body is acknowledging. still product was shipped and now.. it useless.. please take action against this site, as customer is loosing faith on online shopping because of such frouds. pradeep nijhawan [protected]
