I have recived MI 20800 power bank today through aramex courier. Ref no is S[protected] for Rs. 1149/- cash. The recieved power bank is damaged. I am unable to attach the cord to the adaptor. Cord is damaged. Attached the pic of the same. Kindly see to it that i get it replaced at the earliest.

Still recieved no call from any one. I need the defective product exchanged at the earliest. Else cn take legal action. Nether our calls are recived.

    Hi Team, Order No. S80809831 The delivered product is defective and it is not at all charging . It looks like fake product.i am sending mail and calling however i didin't get any response. Kindly refund my full amount Rs.899 to my bank A/c.

      I have ordered 3 linen shirts order no S[protected] days ago and I ha vent received them and the big part is that u guys are not picking the phone as well I tried may be 30 times and I ordered a Sam sung guru music 2 but u sent me samsung metro 2 and nonow I dont kno whahat to do with it and how can I arrange a return of this Just want to aware all of guys DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE they are fraud I am telling you i[censored] dont return my money I will take legal action

        I have purchased MI power bank of 20800MAH vide order no S80810931. But the bad thing is machine supplied by you is getting power back up. I already sent a mail to Ur customer care, but they have replying it is good, but power bank supplied by is defective. Please replace the said power bank as early. Otherwise i will go legally against Ur company.

          Sir/Madam I have purchased a xiaomi 20800 mAh power bank from whaaky.com on cash on delivery basis. I got a duplicate product with no bill. I could easily identify that it's a fake product since I have been using an original power bank. So decided to return it. I called the help line number given in the site but no one picked up the call yet. I have send a mail to their online support team. But no response yet. Later I came to know that xiaomi has not launched such a power bank and many other people got cheated before. I lost my money. I need my money back. Please help me.

          This is the reply I got from the whaaky.com. I checked the functioning of the product. It doesn't have at least 30 minutes battbavk up. if that duplicate product causes physical injury to me, who will be responsible ? I need justice. I need my money back. I dont want any replacement. Please help me. And also I need an explanation from the company that why they haven't given any response to my mails and calls yet. All these proves that the company is playing fraud on customers

          Legal actions should be taken against these kind of companies. They are making our hard earned money by cheating the customers. India has a strong consumer protection act. All customers should be protected from every kind of frauds. Government has to seriously take these complaints in consideration. There are so many complaints against Whaaky.com. But the company still operates in our country and cheating the customers. I got cheated and I don't want any others to get cheated by Whaaky.com. I need my money. I need justice.

          Till Now there is no action take by the Whaaky.com. Please help me to get a solution. They are acting very irresponsibly. They asked for order number and snap shot of the duplicate product. I have send all those details. Thereafter no response from the company. I think legal action is the only solution.

          I got a mail from Whaaky.com saying that i should send the product back to a specified address for replacement. i Have already told them that i dont need a replacement since i lost trust on them. I need complete refund of amount I spend. They have given a contact number in their site. I have been calling them since i got the product.They never picked the call. Today also I tried to say that i want replacement. I have send a mail to them requesting them to confirm on my refund. But they did not reply. Kindly do the needful so that i will get my money back. I'm really fed up with hgiving so many compalints. Below is the last mail they send to me

          Dear customer,
          As per our replacement policy, kindly send the defective product to the below address. Once we receive the defective product from you, we will go ahead to do the replacement.

          Legal actions should be taken against these kind of companies. They are making out hard earned money by cheating the customers. India has got a strong consumer protection act. Even though these kind of companies are operating in India. Consumers should be protected from all kinds of frauds. There are already many complaints against Whaaky.com. Government has to take serious action against the company. I got cheated by Whaaky.com. I don't want anyone else to get cheated. I need my money. I need justice.

            I have Purchased Twin Power Combo as per (Order No.-S[protected] Received before 15 days... when open the pack one power bank is fine another is broken(not working) i have called lot of time to the consumer no :- [protected] not attending the call and send mails with attachment of the broken power bank no reply from them...solve this problem...

It is very shameful part on the part of inordinate delay from your end. We got every evidence on the product. If it is still delayed there is no other way except to proceed on legally.                       I have booked 5 casual shirts of amount Rs 1199 on 29 april . I got the confirmation message, it will be delivered in 7 days and amount of Rs 1199 was deducted from my SBI debit card. Next day i got message it is non serviceable.I have send lots of message that please refund my deducted amount through email and i have done phone calls also but no response from there side.so please help me.                       Buddy did you receive any response from them yet, as i have the same issue, I did try to buy a product from there site and after making the payment the site did not navigate to merchant means their website but my amount got deducted from account.
                      I mailed them the same and called them so many times, this was my first time that i bought something from this site after seeing so many complains feels like cheated and made a great mistake. Please let me know if you get any call or yr issue resolved

                          I had ordered a 20800 mAh xiaomi m1power bank from whaaky.com. When I received the product, it was only 10400 mAh with a sticker of 20800 mAh on it. This is how they are cheating the customers And they took the full amount. Now when I tried to contact the customer care, they are not even answering the phone or email. Kindly suggest what can be done in such case. I have attached the photos for your reference. If you check the product size, it is of 10400 and not of 20800.                             Company acepted the payment through proper channel but now reasons said that it is not shippable at location provided. As lats of mail done but poor reply by them... now on my request order should cancell and refund should get... but it also not done by them... order no is S80791276. Please do the needful Regards.

                              the ordered the mi power bank 20800mah 10 days before, i got the call from customer care they asked did u confirmed to bought the product, I told to you don't need this product that day itself to cancel this product.I has been called so many times no one lift the call.After 3 r 4 days Instantly took the call they took my call so far i did not get any message regarding about my money.they told ur item has been dispatched through dtdc.finally i got this product saturday and i opened the power bank and i charged 10 hrs continuously there is no indication for full charging.finally i got the DUPLICATE product and also this is 5200mah.if i charging my phone more than 2 hrs phone has been charged only 7 percent.I REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY REFUND MY AMOUNTAS SOON AS IMMIDIATELY.

                                  Please cancel above mentioned order why because i was ordered 2 at a time I am not required both orders only one order i need so that as early as possible cancel this ordered. I Tried to Customer Care but they didn't lift the phone somany times I called to that number but nobody can't lift the phone.

                                    Hi, I had placed order S80800428 .Item is not yet delivered and they are not responding my mails also. I never saw worst customer support and horrible website. As mentioned in website shipping would be happen within 7 days. Now its almost 30days of order date! Still my tracking page shows "PREPARING TO SHIP".                                     Here is the continuation of this product story!!

                                    I placed an order on Mi-Power Bank 20800mha in Whaaky.com
                                    To receive this order I followed up team like anything! after 45 days I
                                    got the product. Already fed up with Whaaky and little happy that I got
                                    the product. But this happiness not remains so long. Because product is
                                    not working! then also I didn't lost my patience. I gone
                                    through the refund policy and send mail regrading with support team,
                                    here also I not getting in-time response from customer service team.
                                    After 10 days I got response from support team saying that you can
                                    refund the product to the refund department . I return the product in
                                    mentioned address with my courier charges! After that I sent a
                                    mail to support team with tracking number and that product was
                                    delivered to the return section of Whakky. resulting no response from
                                    the team that they got the defective product back. Again send mail that
                                    can I get my refund amount back? No Response! follow up mail after 8-10 days ! later I got mail that we got your product we will refund your amount in next 5 working days! After 5 working days! No money no response! Again follow- up! after 15-16 days! - No Response! And those guys not even picking calls! 5 working days is already 25 days! Still I haven't received any refund amount! Amount gone! Product also taken back! fed up Whaaky

                                      Sir, February 17th I have purchased in your whaaky.com. order no is S80750300. items are delivered to me today, the product I have booked is one, but you have sent another item. so I want return your product. the shirts which I have book are totally colours are different and size are different. so please take your items and return my money.

                                        I brought your product booked on[protected], but your people cheat me, If you said at website in 5 koutons brand new shirts, But this shirts all look like already used old shirts, So i need my cash return back, Kindly accept my request & refund my amount immediately sent on 8th april .
